The property was clean and well decorated. There was a kettle, toaster and coffee machine in the kitchen, but only one socket for all three. The kitchen was equipped with two hobs and a microwave.The light switch in the bedroom has a battery operated switch, but the batteries were flat. There was also a remote in which the batteries were good. There is a plug in heater in each of the bedrooms, but no accessible socket to plug it in. In the bedroom with a balcony, the spare socket is behind the bed and so nothing can be plugged into it. The cable is damaged near the plug of the heater, probably because people have used this socket after moving the bed. The small bedroom could use a wardrobe. The large bedroom, I felt, could be divided to give a seating area. If you are not looking to spend a lot of time actually in the property then it is a great place in a good central location, but if you like to spend your evenings chatting then it needs a little more comfort.
