Tivemos uma experiência excelente na pousada! O ambiente é muito agradável e acolhedor. A piscina aquecida e a hidromassagem fizeram toda a diferença para relaxar e aproveitar ainda mais a estadia. Quarto limpo, a tv era de 32 polegadas, achei pequena, porém, como foi minha primeira estadia, não sabia o que esperar ! Equipe de funcionários muito simpática muito educada. O café da manhã foi maravilhoso, parabéns. Ponto a melhorar, academia, quando possível, invistam num equipamento melhor e na manutenção do aparelho, haviam alguns ruins, como a bicicleta ergométrica e Cross.

A pousada é excelente! Fica perto do parque, o que facilita muito. Tenho uma filha de 3 anos, e a piscina aquecida e o ofurô foram essenciais no retorno do Beto Carrero. Eles oferecem transfer para o parque com preço justo e, apesar de eu ter alugado carro, achei melhor utilizar o serviço, afinal o estacionamento do parque é caro. O carrinho de bebê foi solicitado por mim, e eles me indicaram uma opção — foi extremamente útil no parque. Eles também indicam a compra de ingressos, o que ajuda bastante. O café da manhã é perfeito, e o estacionamento também — ambos sem custo adicional. Conclusão: a pousada mais completa da região. Amei!! Ótimo custo-benefício. Retornarei em breve! Parabéns a toda a equipe!

Adoramos a pousada. Adoramos tudo. Área de brinquedos, piscinas, café da manhã, limpeza do quarto. Todos os funcionários são muito educados e gentis. Fomos recepcionados muito bem. Funcionários do restaurante muito queridos tb. Apenas um funcionário da recepção que não é muito gentil e atencioso. Sendo até um pouco ríspido com as crianças. Um rapaz de óculos e cabelo bem raspado, não sei o nome. Do restante, todos são extremamente atenciosos e gentis. No geral a pousada é maravilhosa.

Quarto de tamanho médio, ambiente externo agradável com área playground e piscinas. Quanto a isso sem ressalvas. Ficamos dois dias. A internet não funcionou em nenhum dia que nos hospedamos. No primeiro dia já avisamos, no segundo dia também, mas afirmaram que “ e muito estranho, por que ninguém mais reclamou”. Ofereceram outro quarto, mas preferimos permanecer pois seria muito transtorno mudar. Acredito que como avisamos no primeiro dia, poderiam ter resolvido de outra forma.
