The house was wonderful. It had everything we needed. The beds were not hard, ac was cold, water was hot. The only issue was the noise from the next door neighbors, specifically noisy dog and motorcycle driving up and down the driveway at all hours which the owner had no control over

Lovely

We booked this trip with three teenagers. Everybody had a separate bed. The house is stunning and we all thought that if we ever built our own house, this would be our layout! Having the pool in the center was a wonderful way to relax after being out all day. The kitchen is beautiful and very family friendly. We’re all able to relax at night and watch a show on the TV. Communication with Arnaldo was quick and easy. The location was just outside of La Fortuna and it was reasonably accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. There is a rope swing sweat/swimming hole just down the street that the boys absolutely loved!

Great Property

Our group of 8 enjoyed our stay at Casa Batsu. It was clean, modern and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the pool. It’s about 5-7 minutes outside of La Fortuna. Highly Recommend!

Beautiful house and a wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is basically a brand new house with all the modern amenities and a very luxury feel to it (tall ceilings, new appliances/fixtures, beds, etc).Our family of 5 had more than enough room. Pool was beautiful and one of my favorite parts of our trip to CR was coming back and hanging out swimming with our kids.Only minor downside I would say is it feels pretty "walled off" from the beautiful surroundings outside. There was another new house being built next door when we were there (that we didnt notice at all, other than when we entered/exited the house). But typically we were returning from some outdoor activity anyways so I actually appreciated the privacy (and air conditioning!).Also forgot to mention that we loved the walking distance to the little town "El Bosque" (I think that's the name?). Much quieter town than La Fortuna, which we appreciated. Really loved the restaurant "Sabores El Bosque" that we walked to in the morning for breakfast.Owners were extremely responsive over WhatsApp to anything we needed. Even drove out within 10 minutes to help us with something (that ended up being our fault!). Only suggestion I would have is maybe a binder or sheet with some of the house instructions (how to run the pool pumps, what to do for checkout, etc).Overall just an awesome experience and would love to stay here again!
