The property is absolutely stunning, and quiet. They are undergoing renovation so it might be a little louder in some area but other than that, it's a very relaxing experience

Husband and I had a pleasant stay at chachagua. We arrived late at night and was greeted at the front desk with hand towels and fruit juice. Checking in was smooth and we were escorted to our bungalow (make sure to have a high car as you will drive through a low river). Bungalow was private and very clean. The room was cleaned daily and there was eco friendly hair products and toiletries. Room has a mini fridge, coffee maker and fresh water daily. Continental breakfast was amazing - at a restaurant on premises. Great selection! The springs were great- wasn’t a lot of people and we were able to enjoy it solo. The resort was beautiful and tranquil. You can hear the animals throughout the day esp the monkeys in the morning. We didnt get to see the monkey but we did see a sloth up in the tree- thanks to Ruben (who btw gave a great coffee/ chocolate tour). Big thank you to all the staff members- from the gentleman who greets you when entering, front desk staff, house keeping, and restaurant waiters/waitresses. All very pleasant and super helpful when we had any questions or concerns. Pura Vida. :)

The place is beautiful and peaceful. There are slides for kids to enjoy and hot springs for Adults to relax in. The paths to waterfall and ceiba tree are very nice and definitely worth it.

The hot tub in our room was fantastic! The privacy for the rooms with hot tubs really needs to be improved. The outdoor shower is cool, but not when people can see you from both sides! Same for the hot tub. It also would have been a lot nicer if you could drive yourself to and from your room versus waiting for someone else to get you, especially since sometimes the wait time was lengthy. The hot springs would be more enjoyable if they weren’t right beside the restaurant due to noise and people just sitting there watching you. The water temperature was very relaxing and the water slide into the pool was awesome! Overall the hotel was nice, I just wish privacy would have been considered more in the treehouse room design.

Amazing stay from start to finish, upon check in Brain at the front desk went above and beyond to show us to our room and around the property. The hot springs were amazing after a long day of activities in town. We were able to see sloths and monkeys while at the property which was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our bungalow in the rainforest and will definitely be coming back! We were very relaxed and loved listening to the sounds of the jungle around us in our private bungalow. The staff was very friendly and the food was all delicious asking with an amazing assortment of incredible drinks. I wish we had stayed longer because they offered so much on the property and a ton of tours and excursions around the area that I wish I had made Chachagua our whole trip. This was a great way to start our honeymoon and made us instantly relaxed.
