We had a great stay at the Royal Palms and would highly recommend. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - the property felt like an Oasis and it was just a short and pleasant walk to downtown Hamilton. The staff were exceptional and made us feel at home. We made use of the lounge space and especially enjoyed the wine hour each evening, which was a great opportunity to chat with staff and meet other vacationers staying at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and effortless. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and it was a great place to unwind after a day out. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, stylish, and clearly very well looked after. What really stood out was how much the stay added to my overall experience of Bermuda. The location made it easy to explore, and the staff were always happy to offer helpful suggestions. It felt like the perfect base to enjoy the island.
