Apartment in two-storied semi-detached house, built in 2022, in an excellent location near the center of Pyhä ski resort. High-quality and modern interior design and excellent space solutions guarantee a successful holiday, even for demanding tastes.
Large living room/kitchen with fireplace. 4 bedrooms, three of them have two box spring beds and the fourth has three box spring beds. Space for 9 people. The third bedroom has two additional beds suitable for children. The extra beds are pulled out from under the box spring beds. 2 WCs, sauna, washroom with two showers and dressing room. Large room for drying and storing clothes and sport equipment. Large 3 0m² terrace with terrace furniture. Air source heat pumps in both floors.
Children's equipment, including child safety gate on the stairs, travel cot, high chair and potty.
Car shelter for two cars, wall outlet for car pre-heating and electric car charging station. Ski storage and ski maintenance room in the car shelter.
The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as you have to climb stairs from the car shelter to the main door.
Price includes 2 ski lift tickets for the winter season 2025-2026.
The neighboring apartment, Villa Arcus A, is also bookable from Lomarengas. The firewood is located next door, on the A-side, and is freely available for both apartments.
