You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Large Summer Getaway near the beach with private pool, Hottub, and firepit, three miles to Beach.
Relax in the fun house, three miles to the beach, twenty miles to camp Lejeune or Cherry Point. Relax in the pool or HOT TUB, sun bathe in privacy by the POOL in your private back yard. Never a dull moment. You can catch a fishing charter or an evening cruise watching the sunset. Rent kayaks or jet skis just 5 miles away. Amazing sunsets and stars at night, firepit, Grill, walking and biking trails just a mile away. Public Kayak and boat launches within a mile. Camp Lejeune and Cherry Point Marine bases are only 25 miles away.
Country Living, but close to everything. Coffee, basic cooking spices and oil provided. Very Spacious home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A large, beautiful kitchen and living room. Whole house recently renovated and updated. Large washer and dryer. If you like the idea of life in the country but with easy access to beaches, shopping, restaurants, military bases, this is the place you want to stay. 30 minutes to Jacksonville, 5 minutes to Emerald Isle, 30 minutes to Morehead city, 45 minutes to New Bern. You will find the home very clean with lots of space to meet all your needs. Self check in with a coded lock, no need for keys. This is a lot of house! This is a family friendly home with toys, games, high chair, pack n play, kids dinnerware, even a bunk bed with a slide, etc.
We love your furry family as well and would love to accomadate them, there is a 50.00 fee - Per Pet and we do ask that they not be allowed on the comforters.
Events are allowed but there is a $100.00 fee for any groups over 15. No illegal activity, drinking, drug parties will not be tolerated. Police will come and ask you to leave the property. We love hosting events such as weddings, showers, going away parties, birthday parties, etc.
We own the RV park next door as well, Seaside Cottages. The home is very private and a prive location as it is only three miles to the beach. Only 30 minutes to Jacksonville, Camp Lejeune, and 10 minutes to Swansboro.
I do own all the property around this home, including the large shop behind, but i am rarely there as we own a remodeling company and are working most of the time.
1. Please keep cover on Hot tub, this helps it stay hot during colder days. (no toys in Hot tub - Clogs filter)
2. Please remove any toys from the Pool

The hot tub was fabulous. The high privacy fence made us feel safe that our german shepherd would be safe to run and play in the backyard. The family really enjoyed the fire pit at night.
