Bright apartment of 31m ², entirely renovated in 2018, located on the 4th floor without lift (entrance in the 3rd floor) in a quiet residence in Plan Peisey, along the slopes.
Rented for 4-5 people, it consists of an entrance with a folding bed 1 person, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room with washing machine and separate toilet, an open kitchen overlooking a living room with a sofa bed.
The apartment is south-west facing and access to the slopes is immediate.

Equipment: Dishwasher, family refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob. Washing machine. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Paying WIFI available at the agency by reservation.

Sleeps: 2 single beds, 1 set of pull-out beds, 1 folding bed

Sanitary: a shower room and separate toilet
Possibility to use the closed and uncovered car park at the feet of the residence according to availability and without reservation.
Free outdoor public parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an extra charge. You have the possibility to book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You recover the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
