Small residence of two floors, calm and sunny with 4 entrances serving each one 4 appartments all exposed south, located in bottom of the slopes, the chairlift and the VANOISE EXPRESS (access by stairs in 5 minutes). No elevator.
Free public parking and uncovered at a hundred meters.

Access is not recommended for people who have difficulty moving because it is done by a staircase.

** apartment of 33m ², south facing, located in a residence close to slopes and shops as well as the Vanoise Express (connection with LA PLAGNE). The apartment is composed of a sleeping area with two bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet, a kitchenette open on the living room where there is a sofa + pull-out bed.

Access to the residence and to the slopes by stairs.

Equipments : Dishwasher, fridge, oven, electric hobs. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.

Sleeps: 1double bed, 1 set of bunkbeds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 single bed + trundle bed

Sanitary : a bathroom with bath and separate toiletFree outdoor public parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost.
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices. You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
