Holiday Home 'Méli Mélo' with Mountain View, Private Pool and Air Conditioning

Located in Pegomas, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, this modern 90 sqm vacation home welcomes up to 6 guests with mountain views overlooking Auribeau village and the Tanneron mountains. You will find 2 bedrooms, a living room, and 2 bathrooms, all on one level for your convenience. The fully furnished property features air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dedicated workspace, baby bed, and private grill to ensure a comfortable stay.



Step outside to your private covered terrace spanning 45 sqm, set within a shared wooded garden on the 2560 sqm property. The private outdoor pool is available from July 1 to August 31, open from 10 am to 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 7 pm, with one evening per week offering night swimming from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool.



You will have access to 2 shared parking spaces within the enclosed property. Up to 2 pets are welcome to join your stay. Events are not allowed on the property.

The hosts live on-site in a separate villa at the back of the property and have dogs and cats, though dogs never come into direct contact with guests. A car is essential for your stay. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee. Located 2 km from Siagne and Grasse, and 7 km from the sea at Cannes or Mandelieu, you can explore charming villages like Auribeau sur Siagne, Cabris, and Gourdon. Activities within 15 km include water sports, golf, tennis, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and entertainment options.

Notre séjour dans cette location s'est très bien passé. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Il y a vraiment tout le confort que l'on peut souhaiter !! La piscine est géniale, mes filles l'ont adoré ! Par contre le chemin pour y accéder n'est pas encore aménagé.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Wenige Kilometer von Grasse und den Stränden der Cote d´Azur gelegen, befindet sich das sehr schöne Anwesen der Familie Leli in ruhiger Lage außerhalb von Pegomas, mitten in der grünen Natur: Ein Auto ist notwendig. Die großzügige sonnenüberflutete Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Dörfer, zur Erfrischung nach dem Sonnenbaden empfiehlt sich der familieneigene Pool. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert sowie mit allen wichtigen Haushaltsgegenständen ausgestattet. Die Familie Leli, die nebenan wohnt, ist äußerst freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, dennoch zurückhaltend und diskret. Die 3 Hunde der Familie sind liebevolle Begleiter des Aufenthaltes. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen und können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Heureux sejour à PEGOMAS

Que de bons moments passés dans cette location. Accueil sympatique, appartement complet et chaleureux. Très bien situé, ce lieu permet de visiter une très très belle région et de profiter en plus, d'une agréable piscine (surtout quand les meduses sont de sortie sur les côtes!!! Notre petit garçon a pu s'amuser avec les trois chiens de la maison qui sont très gentils.

VILLA AGREABLE

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le gîte est décoré avec goût et soin. Tout l'équipement d'une maison à disposition pour les vacances, il ne manque rien sauf un ventilateur dans le salon. Villa située en hauteur donnant une superbe vue panoramique sur le Tanneron. Mais de ce fait, la voiture est nécessaire pour tous les petits trajets (boulangerie, épicerie du village, primeurs, ....) qui sont agréables de faire à pied, à la fraicheur du matin.
