Private: swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 5.7 km, shopping centre 9.5 km, restaurant 700 m, bus stop 6.3 km, sandy beach "Les Marines" 7 km. Sports harbour 16 km, marina 16 km, surf school 16 km, sailing school 16 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
