Good points- very comfy beds, pool and outside area, quick communication with hosts when problems arose, for example we discovered the microwave did not work, the next morning a brand new microwave was brought round. Air conditioning. Spacious bedroomsBad points - villa is dated and needs a makeover especially the bathrooms and showers. The shower cubicles are too small and 1 of our party could not get in the downstairs shower. The washing machine is very, very loud especially when on the spin cycle. The location of the villa is remote, only a couple of other villas around, you definitely need transport. What would have been the nearest restaurant just down the road has now closed down. The outside table is lovely but is too high for the chairs which are actually comfy.We enjoyed our stay and especially all the cats that visited us but would choose a different villa somewhere else if visiting the area again

lovely pool, good size bedrooms and good aircon. Very quiet area but a car is a must for beach shops and restaurants. Overall the whole villa could do with some TLC as worn and dated.

Property is tired – broken cooking hob, parts of the jacuzzi broken, multiple shower tiles cracked and blown, early onset of black mould on ceiling (looked like it had been repaired previously). Loads of dried bird poo on all patios... looked like it had been there for weeks. Incredibly noisy washing machine. Woken in the morning by loud noises and crashes at the villa by workmen delivering building materials and solar panels on the roof of the villa. The men and materials were sitting on a telehandler that was above our hire car – no warning that this was going to happen by the host, and a half-hearted apology when we notified them. They said that they did not know that the workmen were coming (even though there was a drone buzzing around above all of the villas several days earlier – we now know that they were probably surveying where to stop the materials on the roof)! This whole episode lasted several hours as they were also dropping off materials on the neighbouring villas roofs (very noisy). Workmen came back several days later and installed all of the neighbouring villas (including one that directly overlooked our patio, swimming pool and dining area) doing one villa per day!!!!Avoid these villas if you want a relaxing, quiet stay. Hosts could only email semi-automated responses to our complaints saying that our 'comfort and enjoyment' remained their highest priority... it clearly wasn't.
