I am delighted to welcome you to this recently renovated and elegant 2-bedroom apartment, situated in the beautiful town of Peebles. The apartment is an easy 10 minute stroll from the award-winning town centre and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a stylishly decorated living room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for dining.
THE SPACE:
The apartment is tastefully decorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities to offer home-like hospitality. With its homely feel, this is the ideal accommodation for your next exciting trip to the Scottish Borders.
KITCHEN AND DINING/LIVING:
In the open plan kitchen and living room, you will find a comfy sofa (with optional sofa bed), a hanging chair, coffee table and a flat-screen TV with Sky Signature, Disney + and Amazon Prime making it the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring the sights of Peebles and the surrounding area.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary amenities, including a Nespresso machine, great for that morning pick me up, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, gas hob, cooking basics, and silverware.
There is also a cosy breakfast bar, great for sitting and chatting with your nearest and dearest. Our guests will be provided with a welcome pack, including coffee pods, tea bags, jam, sugar, sweetener and Borders Biscuits.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM:
There are 2 stylish bedrooms in the property. The master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers where you can comfortably store your belongings. The smaller bedroom includes a cosy single bed with additional storage space. The living room sofa can be converted into a very comfy sofa bed, suitable for 2 people.
The bathroom is complete with a bath and shower.
LAUNDRY AND EXTRA APPLIANCES:
The property is equipped with an iron, ironing board, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner for your convenience.
We are pleased to provide hotel-quality linens, towels, bathroom essentials, and professional cleaning services.
GARDEN AND BIKE STORE:
The property has a lovely private garden, which is ideal for soaking up the sun during the summer months.
An Asgard police-approved bike shed is available for any cyclists wishing to book the property, offering storage for up to 3 bikes. This shed can also be used to store golf clubs. A security camera will be installed, and the property backs on to the local police station, giving peace of mind to all cyclists who book in the property. Please note that bikes are not allowed in the apartment.
Please do not book the property if you intend to bring bikes into the house.
Although we are very confident of the security of our bike shed please note that any items left in the shed is at your own risk.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the whole property. The flat has its own ground floor entrance. It is necessary to climb around 15 steps to access the living area.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property. We would kindly ask the anyone who wishes to smoke to do this in the back garden.

Spring break
We’ve stayed at this property 3 times now and the location and standard of the accommodation is what draws us back each time. The bike storage facility is also a huge bonus for us. It is comfortable for relaxing before and after days of activity and feels a home from home. Communication with the owners has always been prompt and they are happy to answer any queries. We will be back!

Such a wonderful stay. Clean and quiet, easy to find. Peebles is a fabulous town with wonderful people and so much to see and do in the area. Highly recommend. The hosts were wonderful to deal with and very communicative. Lovely apartment.

Easter break
We didn’t hesitate to book this lovely property again after an enjoyable stay here last year. It is definitely feeling a home from home for us. Location to shops and restaurants is ideal and street it is on is very quiet. We bring our bikes, so the bike store is a great facility for us to have access to. Communication with Ash was great, always replying quickly to any queries.

Just a comment Not a complaint a hand rail to help getting in and out of the shower would be good. Overall a very enjoyable experience and communication with the host was excellent thanks Paddy

Easter break
We had a lovely stay here. The space is exactly as shown and a comfortable home from home. It was warm, clean and well set out with all that we needed for our 4 day stay. We stayed along with our young son to go cycling, so having the bike store was a definite advantage. Communication with Kenny was good and he was responsive to messages.
