This newly renovated Villa with private pool, situated in a quiet area of Pedreguer, Alicante. The Villa has 3 ensuite bedrooms spread over 2 levels with a modern open floor plan.The Villa also includes free WiFi, Air Conditioning in all rooms, and dining inside and out.
The Terrace/Pool Area is fully equipped with sun-beds, dinning table, bbq station and fruits from the garden when in season. The Pool and Terrace have been completely redone this Spring, you will be enjoying a bigger terrace and a new bigger (10m x 4m) Pool. The Pool has the option of being heated throughout the entire year.
Enjoy the stunning panoramic views overlooking the Orange fields and the Mediterranean sea. Its comfort and the vicinity of sports activities make this an ideal villa to spend your holidays in Spain with family and friends.

We all had a wonderful time at this villa. It is simply quite outstanding - beautifuly furnished and equipped, and the view is stunning. Everything has been thought of to provide a perfect stay. A car is definitely required though and there are quite a few steps up to the accommodation which anyone with mobility issues may find challenging.Host Christian lives in the flat underneath and is on hand if needed but he is very unobtrusive and you would never know he was there unless you catch him at 7.30 in the morning tending the garden!

Fantastic location due to the wonderful views overlooking the new infinity pool. Accommodation was first class and had all amenities including an out door bbq and fridge and a massive tv with many different countries channels and netflix was available. All in all we had a fantastic relaxing holiday at this villa. Pool was just so much fun and was really needed in the August hot weather. We would not hesitate to return. There is no railing around the pool so that the views are not obscured, so children need to be of an age where they understand not to climb out that side. Ours were 10 and 13 so this wasn't an issue for us and the views - wow! Great decision not to put railings in as it is stunning. The owner is a really nice guy and he lives below but you would not know it, yet handy to have someone there if needed.

Urlaub in Spanien

Wir hatten im Mai 2024 einen wunderschönen 10-tägigen Aufenthalt in der Villa von Christian. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es bietet alles, was man braucht. (Unter anderem eine vollausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, moderne Tageslichtbäder, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen, einem wunderschönen „Wintergarten“, moderne Außenküche, bequeme Sonnenliegen und vieles mehr!) Es ist ein großartiger Ort, um sich zu entspannen, die schöne Aussicht und vor allem den Pool zu genießen. Besonders der schön gestaltete Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool und den tollen Liegemöglichkeiten hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Umgebung ist sicher, ruhig und familienfreundlich. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr herzlich von Christian und seiner Hündin Bella empfangen. Bella hat sich super mit unserem Hund Cookie verstanden. Es gab keine Probleme. Christian als Gastgeber war sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Alle Fragen, die wir hatten wurden uns im Moment beantwortet. Außerdem wurden uns einige Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Wir haben zu keiner Zeit bemerkt, dass jemand in der Wohnung unten drunter wohnt. Keine Geräusche etc. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden definitiv wieder Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus von Christian machen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit und liebe Grüße aus Mühlheim am Main!

Super Aufenthalt

Wir hatten in diesem Ferienhaus einen sehr entspannten Urlaub. Es ist sowohl im Innen- als auch im Aussenbereich voller Komfort und Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Herr Profaska ist sehr sympathisch, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind alle mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Außerdem sind an allen Fenstern im Haus Fliegengitter angebracht, damit man auch mal bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen kann. Alle Räume sind sehr liebevoll, hell, einladend und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, so dass man sich sofort wohl und zu Hause fühlt. In der schönen und neuen Küche ist einfach alles vorhanden und hat viel zu bieten. Der Kühlschrank ist riesig und eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Vermieter hat an alles gedacht, damit man sich rundum wohl fühlt. Die Tageslichtbäder sind modern und elegant eingerichtet. Der wunderschöne Wintergarten/Esszimmer, der ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen lässt und einen herrlich Ausblick zu bieten hat, ist sehr einladend. Die moderne Aussenküche bietet die Möglichkeit bei wunderbarem Wetter draußen zu grillen und auch zu kochen. Außerdem vorhanden sind in der Aussenküche neben dem qualitativ hochwertigem Gasgrill, eine Spüle und Kühlschrank. Kommen wir nun zu dem wichtigsten Part, dem POOL. Wie schön kann bitte ein Pool denn noch sein!? Noch nie haben wir in einem Ferienhaus so einen schönen Pool gehabt. Der ist einfach riesig und mit einem unglaublichen und atemberaubenden Ausblick. Wir hatten so viel Spaß im Pool. Nach dem schwimmen kann man sich dann wunderbar auf der Ruheinsel entspannen und den Weitblick auf das Meer und den Ort genießen. Es hört bzw. liest sich herrlich an, ist es auch. Das Grundstück hat Herr Profaska mit genauso viel Liebe und Leidenschaft gestaltet wie den Innenbereich des Hauses. Eine Wendeltreppe von der Terrasse unten führt nach oben, wo ebenfalls eine Terrasse vorhanden ist, auf der man den herrlichen und unbezahlbaren Ausblick genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Von der Terrasse aus gelangt man dann schliesslich zum Turmzimmer mit traumhaften Ausblick und eigenem Badezimmer. Mit dem Auto ist man ruckzuck am Meer (15 Minuten) Wir sind sehr begeistert und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, was bedeutet, dass wir hier sehr bald unseren nächsten Urlaub buchen werden. Lieber Herr Profaska sie werden uns nicht mehr los 😅 Vielen dank für diesen erholsamen und wunderschönen Urlaub.

Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Wohnerlebnis Herr Profaska! Es war einfach super, traumhaft, phänomenal und einmalig! Uns hat das Haus und der gesamte Außenbereich sehr gut gefallen! Alle Fenster nach außen haben Mückengitter. Die Vergitterung der Fenster und die Tatsache, dass Herr Profaska im ganz unteren Geschoss/Bereich des Hauses wohnt hat uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben (wurden in einem vergangenen Urlaub in einem anderen Ort ausgeraubt). Man hat immer einen Ansprechpartner und es ist fast immer jemand vor Ort. Bella, die Hündin war ebenso freundlich und hat uns zurückhaltend und vertrauenerweckend willkommen geheißen. Man bemerkte zu keiner Zeit, dass jmd unten wohnt, keine Geräusche - nix! Der Bereich auf Ebene des Pools hat man für sich ganz allein, also das ganze obere Haus und den Turm (1.Stock). Der Pool ist ein Traum – der Poll macht sprachlos! Supermegatoll. Die Aussicht einfach ein Traum. Aufgehende und untergehende Sonne. Das Wasser herrlich, die Wassertiefe variiert und ist super durchdacht. Herr Profaska hat sich vorbildlich und unauffällig um den Pool gekümmert (Chlor, Wasserstand, Reinigung) und jede Frage geduldig beantwortet (auch die, die nichts mit dem Haus zu tun hatten (Restaurants, Strände ..). Außenbereich ist ebenso super durchdacht und toll aufgeteilt. Esstisch und Sessel draußen – mega. Lamellen oben zum Sonne aussperren oder Intensität steuern, Markiese an der Front zur Terrasse um die Sonne fern zu halten. So toll! 6 Liegen oben auf dem Terrassenbereich, unten eine überdachte bequeme Himmelsliege – genial! Genug Platz auch für viele Gäste. Die Grillstation ist perfekt aufgeteilt. Gasgrill und eine Gasfeuerstelle für Pfannen etc. zum Kochen. Wasser und Kühlschrank. Sehr gut gelungen, tolle Qualität. Ein Traum. Übrigens den ganzen Tag Sonne und schattige Plätzchen auf dem Areal. 😍🥰 - so traumhaft. Parkplatz wäre auf dem eingezäunten Gelände vor der Vermietergarage vorhanden. Wir haben erlaubt vor dem Hoftor geparkt, weil einfach praktisch und schneller 😉. Im Inneren des Hauses geht die Schwärmerei weiter! Küche: Hochwertige Möbel und Elektrogeräte! Marken-Kühlschrank-Gefrierschrank-Kombi mit Eiswürfelmaker 🥰 .. wow .. Insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet . Außer einer Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher gab es eine Saftpresse, Waffeleisen, Milchschäumer uvm. Der Markenbackofen ist eine Kombination aus Backofen, Grill und Mikrowelle. Magnifique

Très belle et grande villa. Très propre et très moderne. La piscine est géniale et la vue depuis la maison est magnifique. Nous avons été un peu surpris au début de voir que le propriétaire habitait en dessous de nous. Les photos laissent penser que nous avons accès à un garage pour la voiture (Avec la chaleur cela aurait été appréciable). La cuisine est une peu petite, et l'accès à la chambre au premier étage ne se fait que par l'extérieur. Des petits détails qu'il faudrait quand même noter sur l'annonce. Mais sinon très bon séjour dans cette maison.

Casa perfecta!!

Hemos estado en esta estupenda casa una familia de 5 miembros. La casa tiene todas las comodidades posibles. Muy cuidada la decoración y muy limpia. Cocina pequeña pero perfecta para el uso diario, con todos los complementos necesarios. Totalmente equipada. Baños preciosos con todas las comodidades. Increíbles vistas desde una terraza acristalada y decorada con mucho gusto. La piscina está muy limpia. Tiene el tamaño perfecto. Junto a ella hay un espacio dedicado a la barbacoa que está muy completo y cuidado. La barbacoa es de gas con lo que en muy poco tiempo tienes la comida hecha. Indicar que los dueños viven en la planta baja (la planta superior es la que se alquila y su acceso es independiente de la planta baja) y que cobran un suplemento por tarifa de luz debido a los precios, según los dueños, tan caros en España. Intentamos negociar este punto pero no fue posible. No obstante, los dueños han sido muy agradables con nosotros en todo momento. La casa está en una zona apartada del pueblo más cercano que es Pedreguer pero en coche no se tarda más de 10 minutos en llegar. También hay un centro comercial cerca y las playas están a pocos minutos.

Schönes Haus mit Ausblick

Toll ausgestattet, sehr ordentlich, modern, toller Grill draußen. Betten gut, moderne Bäder. Die Klimaanlage war im Wohnzimmer sehr angenehm, die Schlafzimmer wurden nicht ausreichend gekühlt. Wir hatten uns extra ein Haus mit Klimaanlage ausgesucht, weil unser Urlaub im Hochsommer geplant war. Hier will der Vermieter aber noch nachbessern.
