The Space:
We’re proud to offer you “Tee Time” in Country Club West. People come from all over the world to see each of the iconic landmarks that line 17-Mile Drive. Staying here, you can walk to Bird Rock in just a few minutes. Spyglass Hill Golf Course is only moments away (hence this home’s name).

This single-level, freshly updated residence is a study in elevated simplicity. Its interior color palette is one of warm neutrals and calming blues. Relax by the floor-to-ceiling fireplace in the main living room, curled up on the plush sectional sofa with a cherished book or a glass of your favorite white wine. Sunlight flows into the home through wide windows, beautifully illuminating this front room as well as the crisp white kitchen, four (4) spacious bedrooms, and three (3) luxurious full bathrooms.

Immaculate oak flooring runs throughout each room in “Tee Time,” lending warmth and a touch of earthiness to the bright surroundings. A wood table stretches alongside a second fireplace in the open concept dining area, which flows seamlessly into a spacious, fully accoutered kitchen sporting an abundance of white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and all the equipment you and your private chef will need to create imaginative meals for your entire group.

The kitchen island also functions as a breakfast bar. Pull up a stool and savor your morning coffee before diving into all the wonderful adventures you’ve planned for the day. Will you stay in Pebble Beach and play golf at Spyglass or Cypress Point? Or will you venture into downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea for an afternoon of shopping or wine tasting? Monterey County Ordnance requires we collect Transient Occupancy Tax equal to 10.5% of rent. Some Vacation Rental websites do not support collection of T.O.T. In those cases, the Tax must be paid directly to Property Manager prior to or upon arrival for all Rentals shorter than 30 Days.

In order to maintain proper security for owners, guests and contractors, the exterior of this property has electronic surveillance equipment and the property owners may conduct monitoring and surveillance activities.

The deployment of electronic surveillance is limited to locations that do not violate the reasonable expectations
of privacy. Electronic surveillance shall not be implemented in situations where confidential or sensitive
information is likely to be recorded and distinguishable. Electronic surveillance shall not be installed inside
the home; however, doors to the exterior may be covered by electronic surveillance.

Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.
