Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Zu dem ist alles sehr sehr sauber.. die Eigentümer sind so nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr gastfreundlich Vermieter

Wir waren mit 7 Personen (4 Erw. + 3 Kindern) für zwei Wochen in dieser Unterkunft. Es fehlte an nichts!!! Haus, Pool und die Außenanlagen waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Im ganze Haus gibt es Steckdosen mit integrierter Kindersicherung! Uns hat die Gastfreundschaft und die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Ruhiger erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren 6 Personen und hatten dort den perfekten Urlaub! Die Ausstattung ist super, alles vorhanden was man braucht! Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Rührgerät! Die Zimmer sind sauber und farblich abgestimmt! Der Pool ist sauber gewesen, Tiefe ca. 140m, also perfekt zum Schwimmen. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan, sind super freundlich, wir haben eigenen Wein, eigenen Schinken und eigenen Käse bekommen! Vielen Dank an M. und seine Familie, wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wir waren im Juni 2021 im Ferienhaus liberat und es war einfach soviel besser als wir erwartet haben. Wir kamen bereits früher als geplant mitten in der Nacht an, der Ferienhausbesitzer war so freundlich und hat uns schon früher in das Haus gelassen. Begrüßt wurden wir am nächsten Tag mit Kuchen und selbst gemachten Wein…der Vermieter ist sehr sehr gastfreundlich und steht stets mit Rat und tat zur Zeit und mit tollen Insider Tipps. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und für Familien absolut perfekt

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft mit toller Ausstattung. Super sauber! Entgegen der Beschreibung waren Handtücher in großer Menge vorhanden. Kleiner Tipp: Ohne Auto geht es nicht, da die Wohnung zentral, relativ mittig in Istrien liegt. Ca. 50 Min an jede Küste. Uns hat dies nicht gestört.

Schönes Ferienhaus für Ruhesuchende

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub.Leider etwas außerhalb, wenn man nicht dauernd selber kochen möchte muss man ca 5 km fahren um an welche zu kommen.Genau so auch mit Supermärkten.Abgesehen davon hat es uns sehr gut gefallen,etwas weiter zu den Stränden, fanden wir ok mit dem Pool.Inhaber ist sehr freundlich,gab uns sogar Honig und Kartoffeln(eigene Herstellung und Anbau).Empfehlen wir gerne weiter. Nur die Fliesen sind etwas rutschig wenn man aus dem Pool kommt (Kinder!)

Sauberkeit steht an erster Stelle. Gemütlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft ebenso. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Absolut ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Badestrände sind mit dem Auto ab 30 Min. erreichbar.

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub ...

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub gehabt!Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und halten sich auch dezent im Hintergrund, wenn man das möchte.Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern (4J+1J) dort und auch für die war es toll. Der kleine Spielplatz und das große Gelände ums Haus herum haben immer neue Abenteuer gebracht. Der Pool ist nicht eingezäunt, deswegen ist es wichtig immer bei den Kindern zu sein. Aber das war nicht schlimm, da das Grundstück im Allgemeinen sehr gut zu überblicken ist. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Vielleicht ist der Hinweis nützlich, dass man lediglich Badehandtücher oder Duschtücher mitbringen muss. Kleine normale Handtücher sind für jeden ausreichend vorhanden. Vielen Dank nochmal für den tollen Urlaub, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder! :) Reisetipps: Da das Ferienhaus ziemlich mittig von Istrien liegt, ist es super von hier aus die ganze Region zu erkunden. Zu jeder Meerseite fährt man ca 25–30 Minuten. Man kann jeden Tag eine neue Region kennenlernen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.
