Unser Aufenthalt was super wir haben uns alle wohl gefühlt auch unsere zwei Hunde haben sich pudelwohl gefühlt! Der Pool ist der Highlight für Erwachsene und Kinder!Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist schön und vorallem man hat Tagsüber sowie am Abend seine Ruhe!Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich!Wir bekommen bestimmt wieder:)

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Unser Urlaub war einfach Klasse, Der Vermieter ist ein herzensguter Mensch, er hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Es ist alles mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt am Rand eines kleinen Ortes. Wir fanden die Lage genial. Pool, Grill und die überdachte Terrasse im 1.OG sind genial.

A wonderful place to stay

We were welcomed very warm and nice by the owner and enjoyed this very lovely, by the owner built house, the terrace and particularly the pool. We were there with a large family, had breakfast and dinner all together on the terrace, with privacy and a nice view of the countryside. We hope to come back some time again!

Sehr schön!

Sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns persönlich begrüßte. Sehr schöne Anlage! Fast alles so, wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Es fehlte der zweite Pool (der runde Aufstellpool) und leider gab es keinen Hinweis, dass der Hund nicht baden durfte. Wir hätten aber einen Hundepool aufstellen dürfen. Das war ein sehr nettes Angebot. Sehr saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit einem Angebot zum Wäschewechsel nach einer Woche. Küche ist schlicht, aber funktional. Das W-Lan ist etwas schwach. Repeater sind nicht gut eingestellt. Wir wohnten mit den Erwachsehnen im Haupthaus....unsere Jugend übernahm das ältere Nebenhaus und hatte dort ihren eigenen Bereich. Würden es in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen!

Zaciszne miejsce na rodzinne wakacje

Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben. Vermieter war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und den sehr schönen und sauberen Pool sowie den Grillplatz fast täglich genutzt. Neben dem Vermieter waren auch alle anderen Anwohner des Dorfes waren sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft war von den Räumlichkeiten für uns voll ausreichend und die steinerne Terrasse schön für gemeinsames Essen, Spielen und Zusammensitzen.

small Problems but rellay nice

Der Pool war sehr schön und groß. Der Gastgeber hat uns beim Feiern nicht gestört und sogar mit einer selbstgemachten Bowle überrascht. Jedoch gab es kleine technische Probleme mit dem Internet und der Dusche und aufgrund der Lage viele Insekten, vorallem Wespen. Wiederkommen würden wir jedoch definitv wieder.

Traumhafte Ruhe

Im Prinzip gibt es der ersten Rezession nicht viel hinzuzufügen. Die Bilder entsprechen den Tatsachen. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Wer weit weg vom Trubel sein möchte ist hier genau richtig. Der Vermieter ist ein herzensguter Mensch und hält sich zurück man sieht ihn nicht wenn man nicht möchte. Wenn man nach Hilfe fragt bekommt man diese umgehend. Beispiel: wir benötigten ein neues Babybett, einen Tag später brachte er ein nagelneues Babybett. Eine Sache fanden wir enttäuschend, leider mussten wir eher abreisen(6 Tage eher) die Agentur sagte uns zu dass wir die restlichen Nächte erstattet bekommen. Wir sind am 4 juli abgereist und bis heute(03. 08) konnten wir kein Zahlungseingang verbuchen. Schade, man sollte sich an Zusagen halten, gerade als Agentur (Premium Agentur) Es wäre aber unfair deshalb das Objekt oder den Vermieter schlecht zu bewerten. Umgebung: - ca. 30 Min zum Strand (z.B.Porec) - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Geldwechselmöglichkeiten ca 7 bis 8 Minuten entfernt - gute Restaurants auch wenige Minuten entfernt. - Quad Touren 10Min entfernt

Die Häuser liegen total ruhig mitten im dichten Grün der umgebenden Pflanzen und Bäume. Kein Lärm von nichts, ausser die Hundezuchtstätte des Nachbarn, was unsere Hunde auch manchmal zum Bellen animiert hat. Ansonsten totales Baumhausfeeling. Der Pool ist wunderschön, der Vermieter, wohnt hinter der Anlage, sehr diskret, gastfreundlich und nett. Zum Meer mit dem Auto knapp 30 Minuten. Insekten aufgrund der extremen Grünlage vorhanden. Ein sehr erholsamer Ort für Ruhesuchende und Naturliebhaber.
