Two screened front porches (up and down) provide relaxing outdoor living spaces with the ebb and flow of the nearby surf setting the clock to island time.

Matching floor plans on each level provide open-concept common areas with a fully-equipped, updated kitchen as well as dining and sitting areas. Also on each floor, the primary bedroom with king bed is in the front and two more bedrooms and updated full bath are on the other side of the central kitchen where an additional sink and stacked washer/dryer are located.

BEACH / CREEK ACCESS: Approx. 2-minute walk. Leaving the driveway on Atlantic Ave, head south three doors down or head north four doors down for beach access. The nearby Third Street public boat launch is perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
