The property is made for a vacation of fun, featuring tennis and basketball courts, a playground area, and the Lazy Bar cabana with speakers. Best of all, it is located right on the ocean with a private like beach. Kayaks, surfboards, boogie boards, bikes, balls, tennis rackets and plenty of puzzles and games are provided. The newly renovated huge kitchen has beautiful, recycled oyster shell and sea glass countertops and is furnished with everything you need to cook delicious meals.

All bedrooms upstairs face the ocean, and the master bedroom opens up to a breezy, comfortable screened porch facing the Atlantic. A few steps from the main house is a fabulous suite with a king-sized bed, bathroom, kitchenette, and two ocean view decks. Underneath the suite is a bunkroom with a double bed and a twin bed, while the second bedroom will have a queen bed. This area has its own separate bath and entrance. Children, grandchildren, young and old, will love this house with ocean sounds at night and sunrises in the morning. This home is perfect for both active, adventurous vacationers and those who enjoy peaceful, relaxing vacations. There are 6 bedrooms. Main Floor has a Bunk Bed. Upstairs has a Queen, Queen and a Queen. The Guest House with outside entry has a Captains Bunk and a Queen on the ground level and upstairs with exterior steps has a king. There are 6 full bathrooms. Dog Friendly with non-refundable dog fee. 2 dogs maximum. No Smoking or Vaping.
