Great location needs updates

This property is in need of some updates. Bedding is old and pillows are flat. Carpet is stained in several rooms. Property was clean. Needs new appliances. Compared to other VROBs this one lacked some necessities such as enough tp and one trash bag. Beautiful views from covered balcony.

The pillows and beds could use to be replaced. We went out and bought new pillows after the first night because they were so flat. I wish we would have known that the pool by our place was closed but there was another one we could use before the end of our trip. Overall, it was a nice place with all the amenities.

Nice large condo, enough for a family and children. We loved how close it was to the beach and pool. Little details that could have been better such a cleanliness and electrical work. Looks like it has been used and abused, could use a refresh. Furniture was worn/damaged. We were expecting more for the price we paid. Check-in/out process was easy enough.

Visiting family

We came to see family and wanted to stay at LBTS. We love the beach and the location to favorite restaurants. This was a great condo for 5 adults. If I had to change anything, I would put something different on the window next to the door than paper blinds that blow like crazy when you open the door, and we would have liked to have access to some beach chairs. Other condos we have stayed in gave access to the storage closet with beach chairs and beach toys. But an overall very pleasant stay.
