The house was spacious, cheerful, clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. The house is located close to every kind of store and restaurant that anyone would want.Alex was great to communicate with. Whenever I messaged him with a question, he always responded promptly. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great Property. Great Location. Great Hosts!

Wonderfully maintained house. Incredibly relaxing. Great central location to all Pawleys has to offer. The real game changer was the included golf cart. Always found a parking spot at the beach!

This place was fantastic. It is literally just like the photos make it seem. Super easy to access the golf-cart, and fire pit. Garage worked great. There was zero evidence of any kind of animal ever being there, which we were concerned about because of family member allergies. Host was super easy to contact and interact with about everything. There are 3 huge living room areas so if you want to be watching different movies in different rooms without bothering each other you easily can. The public access to the ocean was a short drive in the golf-cart away and nice grocery stores were a quick minute up the road. Overall, I would say this place is perfect. We loved it and will stay here again I am sure.Oh yeah, the pac-man game has 12 total games. If you're curious where you stack up on the high scores, I've included the noteworthy ones we got while hanging out.(Fun Tip: Hold the 1-Player button down for 5 seconds to see all the games and instructions on how to change the settings etc. The Regular Pac-Man score was achieved with regular speed, on "easy" and 3 lives.)

Relaxing and spacious home away from home

The home had sufficient space to accommodate my family while attending a wedding. It was a great place to convene with visiting family members to have a drink and catch up. I love the separation of the 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor which provided additional privacy. The arcade game and golf cart was an added bonus. When we did encounter issues, the owner was very responsive and immediately addressed it. Communication was great and our stay was memorable. Thanks to our wonderful hosts for a lovely stay in Pawley’s.

Roomy home close to beach

We hag a great stay ay Pawleys Island. House was very clean and roomy. Our doodles loved the fenced backyard and walks to the beach. Very well equipped kitchen. Big TVs in multiple rooms. Was close to everything and it was in a great neighborhood.

Son's College Graduation

We really loved our stay. The home is very spacious clean and comfortable. I really loved the landscape and all the beautiful trees. Sitting out on the back deck you feel like you are in a tropical forest. The back yard is very spacious our Golden Retriever and Cocker Spaniel loved it. My 21 year old son loved the room downstairs having his own space to himself. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property.

Excellent Choice

Well maintained house with great amenities for a family stay. Fenced in backyard great for dogs. Short golf cart ride to beach and convenient to stores and restaurants. Attentive hosts.

Great time

Great time We enjoyed our time at the Beach House on Pawleys Island- the house was made for relaxation with nice decks on the front and back. We were very comfortable- the bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. There is also a private suite, mini-kitchen and game room on the ground floor. Having access to the golf cart was a big plus as the beach access point is a mile and a half away. We were within easy walking distance from the beautiful marsh, and less than a mile from several groceries stores and seafood markets.

Christmas away

The house is in a lovely neighborhood, not far from the beach. The house is spacious and our family could spread out for activities in different locations. We loved the fire pit in the back yard and the PacMan video game. The use of a golf cart is a great perk. The hosts were readily available for any questions or comments that came up.

Phenomenal get-away!

My family & I stayed here for a wedding at the PI golf club near by. We had THE best time! We loved having separate areas to watch TV & a great table for cards or puzzles. Our evening fire pit gathering was a perfect ending to the day. And of course the golf cart came in super handy and was so fun to take to the beach or up the street for coffee. We really hope to be back in the near future!

Pawley's Peaceful Perfection!

This house was amazing! So much space to spread out and the porches and backyard were just awesome. Spent a lot of time outside enjoying the beautiful weather. House was clean, had everything we needed and more, and was in such a convenient location. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, gift and grocery stores close by. Hosts were great to work with, quick responses to any questions. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone, but especially if you travel with your fur baby or with a big family. Thanks for a great little vacation!

Picture perfect location

How was very clean and well taken care of, just as pictured with so much space to relax and eat for everyone. Golf cart was a great add on to take back and forth to the beach each day. Owners were each to contact and quick to respond to my initial questions, drive way was plenty big enough for our boat and other vehicles. Great stay in a great location.

Tons of fun in Pawleys Island

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house! It is so big and comfortable! We enjoyed all of the different areas to relax! The golf cart was fun to ride to the beach, and the backyard firepit was a big hit! Close to lots of shops and restaurants too! We had a wonderful time visiting with our family!!

Spacious and cute!

The house is spacious with plenty of room. It has a great fenced in back yard as well! The house is clean and has cute decor! The location is close to restaurants and not far from the beach. I would recommend for your stay in Pawley’s Island.
