Love the resort just not clean

We love the location and the resort. Check-in was extremely stressful and took hours. Not ideal after being in the car for so long. Our condo was not cleaned. The dishes were filthy and put away that way. The floor was covered in sand. I'm not sure our sheets were clean so we had to wash everything right away. We had clean towels and empty garbage cans and that's about all I can say was done for the cleaning. That part was very disappointing. The owner was friendly and responded quickly but the overall experience wasn't great.
