Great condo, not so great experience.

Overall, condo is spacious, everything worked, and was pretty clean. I would have given this place 10/10 but when we arrived there were no pool bands to use all the amenities. People before us took them. Contacted Vacasa, told me it would be 48 hours before they could get them to us and the local rep would contact us. They never called or showed up with new bands for us, so we couldn’t use the amenities. Pretty disappointing and frustrated with Vacasa (property owner).

Did NOT know it was on the 3rd floor and no elevator in record breaking heat. My friend and I are 47 and 57 and work outside quite a bit. But if I had known that this condo was on the 3rd floor and no elevator, I would have booked a hotel. We were supposed to have my husband and his parents (74, 77) in attendance as well. My husband came down with the shingles 24 before. So, my in-laws did not attend either. It would have been IMPOSSIBLE for them. We would have had to find another place to stay. Very nice place and very, very clean! However, check in is at 4pm and we were there right on the dot- the cleaning lady said the people before us had wrecked the place and she was still cleaning for another hour or so. We didn't get into the room with luggage until after 6pm.

Great golf getaway

We had a great experience staying at this property. It was clean and close to all the golf courses in Pawleys Island and Murrells Inlet. Plenty of restaurants and activities are within a 5 min drive.
