Things to Know
The Oceanfront Litchfield Inn & Condos is being renovated with an expected conclusion date of May 2024. Portions of the resort will be closed intermittently during these improvements. This includes specific condos, pool areas, a registration desk, and on-site restaurants. We apologize for the inconvenience. Guests will have access to our sister resort next door, Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort’s amenities. This includes:
• Outdoor Amenities - Guests can access various amenities, most notably the pool play plaza at Summerhouse Suites, which features a mini waterpark with rotating buckets, a silly submarine, a mushroom, and a lazy river.
• Food & Beverage Options - We offer an array of on-site food & beverage options such as Coastal Dish, The Deck, Coastal Scoops, and an on-site Starbucks™.
• Health Facilities—The Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Steam Room, Sauna, and Workout Equipment are inside the Health Club. Bike rentals are available at the Health Club and Bike Depot, located at the Summerhouse Pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
