Booked with Expedia. Hotel wants cash only 1,500 PH peso depsit. They won't take credit card. At checkout, they don't give you your deposit unless ask for it. 15 minutes walk to malls. No ice machine, have to get it at restaurant 1st floor. Air-conditioning is window unit so a bit noisy. Staff were courteous. Beautiful scenery of lake, pool neighborhood homes. Overall it was a bargain. Would come back again.

We checked in at 1:30 A.M. and checked out within a half hour, completely disgusted with the dirty, bug-infested room, which probably speaks for the rest of the hotel.

It is full of nature and quiet but it is within walking distance to 2 big malls so it’s tranquility in the middle of an urban area. Beds are super comfortable! Friendly staff.

The property amenities we not up kept ie the swimming pool was not very clean, the water slides were not working, the lake kayaks and other toys were not available, our room toilet leaks and was fixed but our room AC leaked and wasn't fixed. Yet we got charged full rate to use these things.

The property has very good ambience and staff. The staff arr assertive and welcoming. The location also has very good picture-perfect places and a pool with twirling slides. The hotel provides a free shuttle from the premises up to their designated mall. The location is not very much accessible but when you are in the hotel you would realize that it is worth the effort to go there. Overall, the hotel is excellent! 👍
