Great apartment to stay! Good location. No problem with parking. Eurospin (grocery store) located across the street. Great restaurant across the building entrance. Three air conditioners kept us cool during heat waves. In general apartment exceeded our expectations. P. S. For checking-in make sure you have Internet and “what’s up” for instructions. That was only hiccup. And so not turn on to many appliances at the same time…. Thank you for great vacations.

Nicht wie beschrieben, dreckig und mieser Agenturvertreter

Es war keine Nichtraucherwohnung, dies war ganz offensichtlich (obwohl anders behauptet: es lagen überall Reste von Zigarettenasche herum und es roch wie in einer typischen Raucherwohnung. Der Backofen war komplett versifft und konnte von uns deshalb nicht benutzt werden, gleiches galt für den Kühlschrank.In allen Räumen lag Dreck in den Ecken, gründlich gereinigt wurde hier schon lange nicht mehr.Dass das Besteck für 4 Personen abgezählt war... egalDass der Fön in der Unterkunft kaputt war, war ärgerlich.Richtig mies wurde es, als wir uns mit Matteo (dem Agenten) von host4u, der diese Wohnung verwaltet dazu austauschten.An die Eigentümer der Wohnung wurden die Beschwerden nicht weitergegeben, es gab jedenfalls keine Änderung.Als wir nachhakten, wurde er unverschämt, wir sollten geduldiger sein. Bis zur Abreise ist nichts geschehen, einen neuen Fön mussten wir uns vor Ort kaufen.Gereinigt wurde auch nicht.Auf das nochmalige Nachhaken, dass wir die Probleme gerne gelöst bekämen, meinte er wir sollten dann doch auschecken, wenn es so schlimm sei. Eine Alternativwohnung konnte er uns selbstverständlich nicht geben.Irgendwann hat er auch gar nicht mehr geantwortet.Prinzipiell hat uns auch gestört, dass es keine Betreuung vor Ort gab, es gab nicht einmal eine Mappe mit Informationen zu Bäckereien/Restaurants/Ausflugstipps, die es ansonsten in jeder (!!!) Ferienwohnung gibt.Wir sind dann früher abgereist.
