Pool was in a state of disrepair with multiple tiles missing. Bad enough that it cut my sons foot. They are repairing one pool however the smell of glue was overpowering and so bad you could not sit Outside. Staff had very limited communication skills resulting in poor customer service.

Everything was good but the room and the bathroom had unpleasant smell so I requested for a new room and it was a little bit better. Also, the drainage system in the bathroom needed to get unclogged. I wasn’t sure if it happened to only my room or other rooms as well.

The Hotel was nice, especially the pool was awesome but the service was poor, The room was not too big but ok for 2 people, the Pool access rooms are awesome. (Cabanas). But if u r group of friends that u will enjoy it for sure..
