Soon as I saw the building I know that I would enjoy my stay here. Room was very very clean! And looked very good. Location is very convenient because Pattaya beach is just 10/15 minutes walk depends on your speed. Lots of food places also and the 7 eleven. Next time I'll book here again!

Rooms are quite dark and small, but with a great big shower with very good pressure and hot water. All staff were very friendly and had a very good and comfortable bar area. Breakfast was so so with hot food and eggs etc being made much earlier and I nvr seen fresh ones being put out and they were very rubbery and dry tbh. Other foodtsuffs were fine bar area.
