This is quite a nice hotel the rooms are quite large, there is a sort of a sea view from the rooms we stayed in. The front of the hotel is opposite the beach. The staff leave a lot to be desired, unhelpful borderline rude. The beach is ok but I would not swim in the sea it was full of rubbish. I would not stay here again

The Now is the small beautiful hotel. We was here for 2 nights for special occasions ( my husband's birthday), and you made it more than special day by brought a small cute cake to our room then sang the lovely song!!! The room is nice and big enough for 2 person, I love bath tub that you put in room. Anyway on our balcony we found 2 pieces of iron on the floor. You could not imagine what will happen if you kick it. The basin in the room is nice but too small, water always drop on the floor when we wash our hands and face. You have a big mirror but light in room is not enough to make up. There were people from outside sitting on the green terrace in front of car park and they drunk!!!! This is very unsecure for us!!!!! You have nice, friendly, and helpful staff, the guy at your bar (can't remember his name). He gave us a lot of information. We could say he is the outstanding staff!!!! **For Front Office Team** you need to put more smile on your face, on arrival day the staff who checked us in kept her eyes on computer not even looked at me, nobody greeting us when we checked out just told me "wait a moment ", no fall fare well, nobody ask me how was my stay!!!!! On the evening while we were going out for dinner, we heard your staff gossip about guests who just asked for information in "Thai language" with impolite words. What will happen if they understand what are you talking about them? Is that the way you work? On the last night around 11.30pm someone turned on music very very loud so we called to reception but they said they could do nothing because it's just 11.30pm!!!! OMG I can't believe that I would got this answer from you. Anyway our comment is to devise the way to improve the way you work!!!!!!!

When we arrived after making our order with we viewed our room. It was a dog box situated at the back of the property with us looking into fake grass. The staff were alerted and had a who cares attitude. No one wanted to appease or placate the problem. In fact they all avoided the situation. There wasn't a person who could talk to me as they were all off. Each time we walked past reception it was like we were the murderers staying there. They would not give us our money back. They didn't want to help. The rooms look half completed. The shower floods every time u turn water on. One key for two of us in our room. It's miles away from anywhere. And the list goes on. Don't waste your time. There are a million other options to stay at. I asked the GM to make contact with me . Still waiting. It's a poorly run hotel and the staff have no concern for their client base. Don't spend your money at places that don't deserve it.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel in March 2015. The room was perfectly fine with a bath, which my wife prefers and good air conditioning. My main complaint was that there was no table and chairs on the balcony so you couldn't sit out, although since our room was located at the side of the building, the view wasn't that great anyway. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. I know that some reviewers have commented that the hotel's finish makes it feel like a car park. This wasn't the only hotel we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Thailand which had the industrial polished concrete look and I guess it depends on your point of view, some will think it's an uber trendy boutique hotel whilst others will think they are staying in an industrial unit. Personally I felt it was OK. The hotel is located right on the seafront close to restaurants and bars but far enough away from the noise of walking street. I wasn't massively keen on Pattaya as a resort but that is my personal taste.

The wiew from the room in 4 th floor is good overlooking the beach and the boat activities there. I missed a chair and a table at the balcony, cannot relax there. Floor and walls in the whole hotel is concrete and not so cozy. If the bar area was more nice looking and welcoming from the seaside, they would have more costumers from outside visiting for a drink and relax in the nice wind and shadow in the bar.The breakfast is allright and they have a nice coffemachine with espresso. The staff are really nice and helpful. The hotel is poor. I was in a standard room for 1 week, Good large bed, towels and bedding of a good standard. The shower was abismal, In bath shower, not adjustable in any way, so when you turn it on the water shoots over to the far wall. When you finally adjust the spray, the water still runs down the sides of the bath and onto the floor, I was not keen on the finish of the room, polished concrete walls and floor, not nice to look at felt like a prison. No pool and a very poor downstairs bar area.If you want a pool you have to walk to another hotel 500 yds up the road, but we were not told of this untill the day before we left. I paid 1200 bht for this room and probably worth 600-700. Cannot re book further stay at the hotel only by going on line...Whats that all about. If you are there for a long time, its worth looking at the many "rooms for rent" up the various soi's and pay 500 bht a night.

The only good thing about this hotel is nice staff. It is not worth to pay at all. You will feel disappointed for sure when you arrive the hotel. I booked Superior triple room for 1 night. The price is 2600 Baht per night but this price excludes breakfast. The room is extremely small. There is no different between a standard room and a superior room. They just change the word and charge more money. The superior room in this hotel is XS room. I feel like I was in the prison. The surrounding is really awful. There are lots of dogs and people sitting in front of the hotel. With this quality of hotel and room, the price should be just 600 Baht per night NOT 2600. It's NOT WORTH AT ALL!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. There is no swimming pool so if you want to use it you have to walk for 500m to another hotel.

I stayed 4 times in that hotel for the past year. Rooms are nice, I recommend the M size rooms though. Staff is helpful although some of them recently got less nicer than the 1st time I came. I like the modern style of the bedroom, well equipped. Negative point is for breakfast : since one year it is always the same (fruits only watermelon, pineapple and dragon fruit), same taste... and sometimes not super yummy. They should vary a bit more. But in general good place to stay with access to the beach. No facilities except massage area pretty expensive. No pool, no fitness

Just finished a 4 days stay at Now Hotel , a modern little space situated at the quiet zone of Pattaya city . As a event Organiser who is constantly looking for new places for new project , I would like to thanks the front desk manager who is so helpful and link me up with the local attraction operator to visit their venue . Thumbs up to that. NOW would be my choice of stay for my next trip to Pattaya

Where to even begin.. I booked 8 days through and arrived a couple of days before Christmas. The welcoming was nice, but I immediately noticed many issues with both staff, designs of the hotel and how they handle things. Design is weird but I get what they were trying to do. Fashion, as they usually say. However, the cement floors are very, very dangerous when wet. The lobby and outer restaurant is impossible to hang out in. It's just too hot and no fans or air circulation. No people ever stayed there unless they waited for transport or similar. WiFi is OK, but not more than that. Delivered 20-55kb/sek which is not enough for streaming. Breakfast is not good even if you just want an ordinary continental breakfast. The eggs seemed to be preboiled so when I ordered eggs from the "egg guy" people talk about, he gave me reheated eggs that were green and warm on the shell but cold as fridge inside. Ants was a little it everywhere and staff were not taking get out the dishes when people were done. Lazy and unmotivated kitchen staff. Also, I had to go hunting for simple things like a small spoon to eat my eggs with. And this reoccured every single day. Stupid. After being there a couple of days, I had enough and wanted to check out and have a refund of the remaining days to move to another hotel. This has never ever been an issue before in Thailand, and I have been travelling 35 times during 22 years. Staff in reception said no instantly. I asked to speak with a manager but they refused me that. He/she remained in the back room like an ignorant fool. I told them the truth, and that this will reflect in the review. They didn't care at all. After that, I stopped smiling and the remaining days were not pleasant at all. The hotell is also a hangout for lazy cops which I have no respect at all for. It pulls down the feeling of the hotel very much. They hang out in the lobby for hours every day. It's very close to the beach though but every other day there were bike meetings, beach parties and idiots were going rampage on the bikes until early morning outside. The cleaning staff were very nice, but during my stay of 8 days, they never bothered to change my sheets even one time. Towels smell really really bad and so did the huge uncomfortable pillows. People, take my advise and don't go here. There are so many better hotels or guest houses to go to. The only reason I don't give it only one star is because of some of the staff. However, really mixed feelings... Big ups to the funny, personal and happy bartender though. He was the only guy that made me smile during my stay. My words to him is, get a job in another place. Last but not least. To the management of this hotel: I hope it won't be long until you go bankrupt!
