This march I went for the second time to this amazing place. Really like it here. The atmosphere was just like the last time I visited it (sept 2017); relaxed with a helpfull staff and beautiful green surroundings all over the place. Nothing to complain, thumbs up Thai Garden Resort 👍🏼 Everything was good, from the delicious breakfast to the great and clean pool. Thank you for another great stay and will visit again soon.
Its a nice resort to stay with Friends & Family. Spacious rooms and good service. The swimming pool is very big and clean. The gardens a beautiful. I was on a business trip, hence, didn't got much time to stay. Will surely come with family sometime to stay for a longer duration.
Fantastic evening buffet, different menu each everyday. Lovely setting by the swimming pool. Very good choice of food. Good value for 400 baht. It is best to ring the hotel and book a table. Would recommend.
The hotel is nicely laid out within gardens and trees and well run with a great pool. The location is quite good as short walk to bars and restaurants. Evening meal is mass produced buffet style and with entertainment with a holiday camp feel! The room are spacious and clean and staff are helpful and friendly. No problems at all with this hotel and stay quite frequently for business, just don't expect a Thailand experience as aimed at European groups who want home comforts.
Firstly please do not change & go the way of all the other high rise corporate hotels. Thai Garden Resort is an oasis in a somewhat mad town. The low rise buildings & bungalows set amongst the beautifully tendered garden are a welcome reprieve from the busy area around the hotel. Yes there are building works opposite the hotel, butI can honestly say we heard almost no noise from this. The staff are efficient & helpful, breakfast is more than adequate & the pool area is fantastic. My family will definately return to the Thai Garden Resort so long a it does not change.
we stayed there for 5 days. the hotel complex is realy nice arranged with bungalows (1-2 floors) in a nice garden and with a large pool in the middle. the breakfast buffet is sufficient and taste well. the staff is nice and you can good relax. Unfortunately a construction opposite of the hotel, has discturbed the relaxed atmosphere. The city beach of Pattaya is not recommandable, as you have the beach route directly behind you.
It was an amazing experience to stay at Thai Garden Resort. Good accommodation, lovely ambiance with nice swimming pool centrally located and very courteous & helpful Staff. Breakfast was very good and very well organised. The staff always served with a smile. To top all this the General Manager himself came around at the Breakfast time to meet the guests.
I took my girlfriend to the Thai Garden Resort because I wanted to celebrate Christmas listening to children singing Christmas Carols. Also there were some opera singers performing and so thought it would be a special evening. The evening started in a dissapointing way because it was announced to those alert enough to listen that the children coming from a local orphanage had transport problems and therefore were not turning up. I could not believe that this size of Resort could not organise transport for an orphanage only a few kilometres away. The Manager did explain the reasons which I accepted but it was a dissapointment nevertheless because I had specifically chosen to celebrate at the Thai Garden Resort, the buffet price was expensive but I was happy to pay if the advertised programme had taken place. I hope that a lesson is learnt and even though it was a local orphanage performing they should not let the paying public down in this manner. The manager gave assurances that the Opera Singers were on site and would perform at 8.30 and give two sets of music. I was very pleased when the music started and I thought it was excellent, really enjoyed the variety and standard of the performance and it was great that they could move amongst the table with their radio mics and still sing to such a high standard. I went home pleased I had attended the event although did think that it was unfortunate that the music started a little late as the buffet was served from 6pm and some guests had left before the singing started, they missed a Christmas Treat.
Great hospitality. Friendy staff and great people. Breakfast buffet was 3.5/5 but rest overall services were really appreciable. We had a stay of 4 days and all days the servive provided was the best.
The resort was awesome. We spent quite an amount of time roaming around the area. Excellent swimming pool. Loved the continental breakfast - delicious! Location wise, very convenient. We could take a rental bike and roam everywhere.
