The hotel is new but does not have a lift so it’s stairs only, (be aware if you are disabled) Very clean, nice room, nice large shower toilet. My only main issues I had was I could not get anybody’s attention at reception one night for our room key and landed up going next door to the bar for an hour !!! My second issue was we were in the first floor (not the ground floor and being main road facing was very noisy in the mornings. The area is very Russian (ish) but relatively quiet. The area is good for disabled as the roads are relatively quiet and very wide. Both night market and beach 5 minutes away in the same direction

Nice hardware and good location close to Jomtien beach and night market. Power sockets in room are only 2 way socket and cannot accept UK spec. plugs, no convertor is available in hotel and staff only ask you to go out and buy one ( at 11pm ! ) Also when asked front office staff (Nan) for help to book a taxi for a short ride, onlly expensive private taxi is offered and she flatly refused to find normal price city taxi or even provide help to find number for booking, simply unacceptable service attitude !

Nice stay in Jomtien.

Was staying in a more commercial part of part of Pattaya and switched to Jomtien. Liked hotel and area. Loved the nearby coffee shop,and night market. Hotel was comfortable and stylish.Good value.

It’s in a convenient spot. 5 min walk to Jomtien beach night market where you can take a song thaew into Walking St. Netflix wasn’t working the 5 days I was there. Hotel staff kept saying the technician would fix it the next day but it never happen. However, hotel staff are kind to help when you needed.

Would highly recommend this hotel. It is new with super comfortable beds. Staffs were really nice, helpful and friendly. It is also near the beach and night market. Good breakfast as well. Best value for money in the jomtien area, IMO.

Very much enjoyed my stay at T2 Jomtien hotel, the bed was super comfortable. Breaks new hotel, room decor is very nice and very clean. Friendly and helpful staffs. Our breakfast was amazing. Walking distance to Jomtien beach and night market. Would recommend to anyone who visit Pattaya.

Loved the design and graffiti. Property is brand new and super clean. It was walking distance to the beach which made it convenient for me. The night market was also nearby. Basically, great location, comfort, and chic design -- making it great value for money.

設備のコストパフォーマンスはよい 清掃スタッフも丁寧な仕事で良い フロントの女性スタッフが最低！ チェックインの際、対応した女性スタッフの英語の発音が（良すぎて）聞き取れなかった時、呆れた顔で「Oh my god！」と言われました。 他のスタッフは問題なかったため、それだけが残念で、私のバカンスを不愉快なものにしました。 ただ一人の問題あるスタッフを放置する無能なオーナーを残念に思い、このホテルは今後使用しません！
