This hotel is in a good location; surrounding with many restaurants, bar and coffee shop. Hotel room was nice and clean. Big swimming pool in sanctuary garden. Good size of parking space. Very decent price.

I was in Pattaya with my friends for 2 nights. We were staying here. Rooms are ok. They can do better in terms of services and amenities. We were swimming in pool and there is a bar counter nearby, we wanted to have beer but they didn't serve us. We were asked to go to room and get cash to purchase. The front office staff was also not cooperative had bad experience in terms of service.

Poor hotel, firstly they allow certain guests to swim in the pool in there underwear and when you point this out to the staff your just ignored, when guests have been wearing there underwear all day or maybe longer and they decide to go into the pool it’s very unhygienic and secondly you can’t take your own drinks to the pool so you have to pay three times more for something just so you can drink it next to the pool

Stayed here on a couple of occasions over the past 15 years. Last time was about 8 years ago, nothing has changed at all really, no upgrades, no refurbs, except for some minor modifications to the entrance furnishings. The only major change is the room rate, at about 3 times more than before. Staff are generally disinterested and unhappy looking and generally speaking unobliging. Pretty adept at photocopying your passport and calculating your bill but disinterested in most anything else. The smile is 99% false. Rooms are generally adequate in size and the shower is good. Mini bar and TV and the rooms are serviced well. Now have sceurity safe in the room. I only went for buffet breakfast once, the dining area is good but the breakfast is poor. Generally this place use to attract a lot of German and American guests but not anymore for some reason. This appears to be a general case relating to the Nak Lua area of North Pattaya. The Sunshine Garden appears to have a high Indian tourist occupancy now and the guests like to swim in their underpants when using the pool. The adjoining Green Hotel under same ownership appears to have much nicer facilities and swim up garden pool, however, the night manager (bespectabled Thai gent, refused to give his name) could do with a training course in politness as he has a tendency to bereat and talk down to guests when making a legitimate inquiry of a fellow ill guest. In short, they don't give a toss if youre dead or alive, as long as they have your credit card and passport details. I definitely would not ever consider staying here again. The only thing this place has going for it is it's proximaty to the main road, Dolphin roundabout intersection and Nak Lua area. Supposed to be 3 star but I would rate it at less than 2 and over priced. The fancy pic on Trip Advisor of this hotel room looks great with the silk bed throw and table but is not reality.

We were told by "Make My Trip" that its a 3 Star Hotel but in reality its an ordinary resort with extremely poor or no maintenance at all. This property doesn't deserve any Star Rating at all. Our first shock was when we were told that our Group of 26 have no Booking in their Resort. later the issue was resolved and somehow they managed to assign 13 Rooms to our Group. It took them more than an hour to complete the Check-in. There were no Bell Boys to help us with the luggage. Next day morning while moving out, we displayed the "Make up my Room" on our Door but when we came back in the evening, room was as it is. There is no Housekeeping Staff available in the night. Breakfast in the morning was manageable. It appeared to be a cheap place but their Tariff didn't speak so. Our entire Group was highly disappointed and we have strongly taken up with MMT to avoid this property. Most of the staff could not understand or speak English. If only the Property was well-kept and managed by some professional staff, it would have been a great place.

good rooms and we enjoyed the stay but no lift all the rooms are light hostel rooms no proper ambience and we have to walk too far to reach our rooms . but it is good for indian food it is not nice place to stay if you are 2 couples travelling,

This used to be a good place to stay but now they seem to have concentrated solely on the Indian tour group market. So why should that be a problem you may ask? Well..it means that they think they have a captive market, so in other words they no longer care much about previously regular European guests, and they've ramped up the price. Plus..wherever you go in the hotel these tour groups are lounging around on the floor, fouling up the previously clean swimming pool by bathing fully clothed and generally making the place look untidy. You won't see them at the pool bar spending any money though, although they sometimes venture there to ask for Indian food. Plus..plumbing and sewers are now faulty and it smells. Get my drift?

The rooms are nice and spacious, the pool area is good as well but the service was basic and the rooms are not well sound proofed. We were awaken over three times after 4am and the front desk could not be reached at all. We felt the hotel was not worth the 1400 baht we paid. I'd recommend staying here for 1000 baht a night max and request a room with polite neighbors.

I stayed this hotel in July 25th to July 31st. Full of aminities, nice pond, breakfast very delicious. Walking distance from beach and walkin street. I did not had any problem while I was a solo traveler. The hotel was well maintained, tidy and luxurious. Management was cordial to guest.

Location of the hotel is good. But property is bit old i guess. Need maintenance and renovation.staff is cooperative w You will find many indians around the property. Best thing a superb well maintained swimming pool.. Overall had a pleasant stay.
