Worst hotel. About the staff- The hotel is run by Indian and mainly Indian guests are staying. If you know that hotel is occupied by Indian guests only, then why the receptionist/hotel staff was not Indian? Everyone was having trouble in explaining their concerns to the hotel staff in English. The staff was really unprofessional. They don't know how to greet the guests. Even the welcome drinks were not served, unlike other hotels where we stayed in Thailand. About the room- The room stinks. Walls had cracks. Bedsheets had stains. No toiletries were provided. The fan was dirty. Air Condition was noisy. The only good thing about the room was it is very big. Furniture was very old though. And even the tea/coffee/sugar sachet was chargeable. Overall the hotel is full of dirt. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. not even to Indians.
Hello Guys, we were booked in this hotel by our travel agent 2 days prior to travel for 4 nights in Pattaya. The hotel lobby is the saddest place on earth, badly lit and unkempt. The hotel staff does not understand English and are very rude. For a city that survives on tourism and English being a internationally accepted language, the staff has 0 training in the same. We were booked in the suite, the room itself was spacious and ok. The complimentary breakfast had a limited choice of left over Indian food. Option for fruit was a single pineapple. We survived on omelette and bread. There was no bakery items either. Our poor kids ate jam and bread. Its not close to the beach. They do not have room service for food. We moved hotels due to the poor service, and on checkout we were asked to get our own bags down!! Ofcourse I did not accept this and got my way by talking to the manager who knew English (Thank God!) but I saw so many senior Indians, tugging their luggage to the lobby. What sort of hospitality is this?? We had been to Coral Island for underwater walking and our CD was to be delivered to the hotel. We then checked out and checked into another hotel but we were never informed about our CD. The Coral island water sports team confirmed that the CD was delivered to our hotel but the hotel staff never handed it to us. So very pissed about losing out on the video of our underwater experience that we paid for! The hotel is cheap, please book only if money is a constraint. If you want to have a decent vacation with family with good service and food, this is not for you. (Also beware of the constant racism we faced at immigration and Pattaya because we are Indian. Absolutely not acceptable when they earn so much from Indian tourists!)
worst worst worst worst staff worst service,,, avoid this hotel nothing more.... stayed in dec2017 with group very bad expirience bad location bad staff bad bad bad nothing to say more, KEEP YOUR BELONGINGS WITH U ........i think u understand wht i want to say........
The hotel was good room are spacious clean and comfortable good amenities bad was comfortable bathroom have bath tub and guest friendly food was good with indian connection hotel staffs are helpful not far from all attractions
Hotel room was nice and luxurious, good deal for the price. The hotel was also located further back from walking st, etc. so not loud or noisy but still easy to get around the area. The pool wasn't very good at all, however it looked like they were building a new rooftop pool so that will be awesome when finished. Food at breakfast was very nice, good stay overall.
We stayed here between 25-27 Nov 2017 (2 Nights). Triple Premium Room boasts a spacious feel with good air conditioning. Staff is helpful in general, and best part is they provide good Vegetarian food in the breakfast. It looks like, it is owned by an Indian. Also, there is Buffet Dinner available at reasonable rate in the Restaurant - Indian Connection - which is just below the hotel in the adjacent building which is owned by the same group. Vegetarian Indian food is available which is quite good. Overall, it was good stay. In fact on the day of check-out they asked us about our stay, and also said 'Namaste' and made us feel comfortable. Bell Boy was available to take our luggage down and also he helped us to transfer it to Coach in which we traveled to Bangkok. Though room is of decent quality, it was on the back side where there is no view since some construction was happening at the back. Overall, it is advisable to stay here if you have moderate expectations and like Indian food.
Hotel is around 10 minute walk from Pattaya beach, 20 minute walk from Walking street. Pros:- •Big rooms & washrooms are well maintained and clean. •Nice breakfast buffet, has both Indian food and Thai food. •Restaurant serves Indian buffet in lunch, dinner as well. •Helpful staff. Cons:- •Hotel doesn't has pickup & drop service from major pickup points of Pattaya.
we like location of this hotel. rooms are quiet big and clean, well maintained. we had got upgraded room, which was really good. we like it, enjoy watching Zee tv and other channels. breakfast was ok, we had dinner at indian connection, not sure if its operated by hotel but the food was good. we feel like having food in india, same taste.
We stayed there in Oct month and it was a great stay. we enjoyed our stay there, rooms big and clean. staff freindly, great food, we had lunch and dinner there, they provide buffet which we enjoy. location is good, nearby many places, a lot of indian restaurants. beach 10 min walk.
The hotel itself is located in quite area and the staff was ok. That may because of the language barrier., Having said that it no excuse for unprofessional behavior. The rooms are big and cleanliness is ok. The door handle on my door was broken. All in all a good experience.
