Pool villa with poor condition of swimming pool

The water quality was poor and tiles were broken. Moreover, staff refused to fix the light bulb in swimming pool area. Tissue paper wasn't sufficient for everyone in the house (12 people). Some beds were stiff. A cockroach was found under the couch upon arrival.

The worst villa in pattaya

솔직히 최악!! 이었습니다. 사진에서 상당히 시설이 좋아서 기대하고 갔었는데 정말 많이 실망했습니다. 2박은 타발루가에서 1박은 여기서 했는데 수영장 조명이 고장나있고 현관 라이트 고장, 천장 선풍기 고장..... 또.... 가장 중요한건 가장 큰 화장실딸린 메인 룸 에어컨 고장.... 고쳐달라고 전화하니 1시간 넘게 기다렸는데 오질 않아서 결국 외출하고 돌아오니 냉풍기 하나 가져와서 틀어놓았네요.... 그런데... 냉풍기 뒤쪽에 뜨거운 바람 나오는걸 밖으로 뺄데가 없어서 그냥 방치해두니 찬바람보다 뜨거운바람이 더세서 정말 죽는줄알았습니다. 결국 잘때 냉풍기를 얼굴로 틀어놓으니 그나마 잠을 잘수 있었는데 다음날 감기 제대로 걸려서 한국으로 돌아오는 비행기가 정말 힘들었어요... 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다.

房子很大，很舒适，設備齊全，但有些舊及花灑水力不足，時熱時冷，房子在路边及周边無野行，離市中心很遠，若下次有機會，我會再次人住！

地點近山頂，出入須自駕才方便。

1.左右兩邊都是公寓，没私隱。 2.泳池梯級破損，易介傷腳，必須维收。 3.没诜衣機。 4.另外有一間叫pattaya holiday resort, 很易找錯地方。 5.value for money.

閑静な場所にあるヴィラ

コンビニも近くにありちょっとした買い物もでき便利でした。ナイトバザーも近くで開催されとりお土産もそろいます。近隣にはおしゃれなレストランも複数ありレンタカーがあれば有意義に過ごせました。 １２歳の女の子と７歳の男の子ずれでしたが家族全員満足でした。

ゆったり滞在型のビラ

静かな環境で、ゆったりと過ごしやすい。周りには、市場、屋台、食堂など、生活に必要な物は揃う。パタヤ市街に行くには、少し不便。バイクレンタルかソンテウ乗れば問題ないです。パタヤパークには歩いて行ける範囲です。ドンタンビーチも歩いて行けます。

어린 아이가 있는 가족이라면 추천 드립니다. 친구들이나 연인이라면 조금 고민을 해 보셔야 해요. 방은 3개지만 화장실이 같이 있는 방은 1개 뿐... 그리고 수압이 약해서인지 샤워 할때 물이 약해요.. 나머지는 가격 대비 이용하는데 아주 좋다고 생각합니다.. 근처에 편의점이나 맛사시 샾이 조금 멀리 있지만 비슷한 거리에 야시장이나 워터파크 등이 있어 조금만 움직인다면 좋은 구경거리를 찾을 수 있습니다...

Villa 沖涼熱水供應不穩定，地點比較不方便，一定要的士出入，有幾個司機都找路找不到，用了很多時間，泳池比想像中細， 這間Villa 我不會再次入住。
