I stayed with a friend here for only one day, the place is located at a very central location , room is just like any IBIS configuration worldwide its all the same , Breakfast is really good though cant miss.!
Our family of 4 (2 kids) stayed in a family room with bunk beds. It was perfect for us. The family room is much bigger than a regular room. I suggest anyone book a family room vs regular for size. All rooms are the same price. Breakfast buffet was ok. The ibis building is conveniently located right next to the Main Street for food. We went across the was for 7-11 and dining every night we were there. The beach is a block away. The internet was slow. We stayed on the 4th floor. There are 7 floors. You can inexpensively take 2 row trucks anywhere.
I stayd at that hotel 1 night befor two years ago I had some good times at that but in last travel to pattaya everything changed to very pure hotel to stay very smal room without balcony ,dirty bathroom ,tv without any digital chanel many Indian passengers with many many noise ,very cheap breakfast and etc I never go back to that
We arrived in the early hours of the morning having booked for the previous night. I’d emailed reception to let them know not to cancel the room and they didn’t ! Room is the typical ibis configuration - clean and practical and had a small balcony that you could actually see the sea from (despite building work next door at amari) Pool got sun from around 11 and plenty of sunbeds Breakfast was plentiful Has a 24 hr bar - Khun Moss on the night shift was brilliant!
Visited IBIS Pattaya in Dec 1st week, the property is hardly 200 Mtrs from the beach. Room Size is decent. Veg Breakfast spread is pretty poor. There is no room service in the hotel which is also drawback. WIFI speed is also not that great. Overall it was a decent stay there are better hotels to stay around.
The rooms were clean, the bed was nice. The location was good. The rooms are not big yet it has all the necessary things. It's a great value of your money. It would have been great if a counter is created to keep the luggage in the room.
Excellent stay in Ibis Pattaya. Directeur was very kindness and really very close to the client every time. Very very near to see.The breakfast internationale fantastic and I enjoyed the multi cuisine. Burger was excellent in the dinner. I enjoyed the hotel and i return back to the same hotel in April.
This is a nice property centrally located and accessible to all places that one needs to visit in Pattaya. The staff at the reception is untrained and not capable of handling international travellers who normally reach there after a long trip to Bangkok and a good 2 hours drive if you are lucky without much traffic. We had 3 rooms booked and reached by 12 noon and requested for at last a room first, we got 1 room after an hour and the rest at 14.20 hours which is beyond the check in time of 14.00 hours on the 9th of December 2017. The front office staff are quite rude beyond explanation. While they just can't give a room in advance they should ensure they allot the rooms on time. The delay is unacceptable. Breakfast is decent with the chef not knowing what combination to offer to guests. Quiet and nice rooms make up for the inefficiency though.
On that day that i went to stay at hotel and went to check-in. I found that have a lot of customers that came from India. I understand for a queue but one of reception guy(the lady) was unacceptable in my eye. She serve customers with no smile and her face looked some angry with Indian group. This is one of your service and somebody come to stay at the hotel with would like to have good service and smiling face from hotel staff.
I stayed here as I was attending a function nearby, the hotel provides a decent room in an ideal location, and represents good value for money. My check-in was friendly and efficient and received a welcome as an Accor premium Le Club member. My room was, as always, spotlessly clean and comfortable. I'd booked breakfast for my stay which is buffet style and the staff were finding it very difficult to cope, the range of food was fairly limited and in short supply, as soon as a section was replenished it was as if a swarm of locusts decended to strip it bare. I was on my own and it was difficult to find a table, I had to sit at a table overloaded with dirty crockery. The cleaning of tables didn't seem to be priority, in fact my table was only cleared when I went to get some more coffee only to return to my table to find my breakfast gone. I will certainly stay here again, but in future I'll probably skip breakfast.
