The villa is tastefully decorated and fully equipped: a large L-shaped living room (80 m²), a spacious kitchen (20 m²), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room has a large TV with internet access and apps, such as free Netflix.

There is a spacious seating area with a comfortable sofa and chairs, and a nice dining area with 8 chairs and a large table.

The kitchen is fully equipped: a large fridge-freezer, a gas hob, an oven, a rice cooker, a toaster, a coffee machine, a microwave and a washing machine.

The master bedroom has a large TV with Wi-Fi, a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and toilet. The second bedroom also has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet.

From the kitchen you access the spacious terrace with private pool, where you will find a large table with 8 chairs and a barbecue.

At the pool with jacuzzi, you have access to an outdoor shower, sun beds and beach chairs.
There is a large garden with tropical plants and a high wall for optimal privacy.

The villa is located on a 24/7 guarded site on a through road with several supermarkets, local markets, delicious restaurants, pubs and cosy bars within walking distance. The bakery, where you can get fresh bread every morning, is not lacking either. (No need for transport, everything is within walking distance).

The villa is just a few minutes (by taxi or scooter) from the centre of Pattaya with its large shopping malls, famous nightlife, street markets, golf courses and beautiful beaches.

The neighbourhood
The property has 24/7 security and night surveillance. The property is close to a main road with plenty of good restaurants and bars, including an Irish pub, a supermarket, a fresh market, a German bakery (fresh bread every morning), ATMs, shops and massage parlours, all just a few minutes' walk from the villa.

Upon arrival, we will welcome you to the villa and give you information about Pattaya and the surrounding area.

Beds are made and 4 towels are provided for each bedroom. The fridge is stocked with 24 bottles of drinking water on arrival.

We offer a FREE daily cleaning service; our cleaners will come and clean for you every day for up to 2 hours and after 6 nights we will provide clean sheets and change towels.

Electricity is not included in the rental price Price, the meter will be taken on arrival, cost is 8 baht per kWh, water is free with normal consumption.
