Booked the Executive Suite as we were a family of four..the hotel is far away from the main city..view of the sea is beautiful However the hotel is not maitained properly. .lighting in rooms is very dim..there was no hot water comng in the taps and even after calling maintenance it was only lukewarm The room service menu was very limited and as staff did not speak good English. .ordering was a challenge. .even though a whole page of pizza was listed ..it was never available The breakfast buffet was good but crowded.and noisy .however staff is very rude. . Eggs can not be ordered to choice Tea was like dish water and on asking for an extra tea bag we were rudely refused The staff including the front desk lobby manager were very rude and seemed to not realise that they are in a service industry All in all a waste of money and a very unpleasant experience
At first we checked in and what we booked was seaview then enter the room only notice that u need to put the whole head out to get the so called seaview room ! Very dissapointed on this ! Then the pool ! When u see the colour of the water in the pool i dont think u even dare to get into the pool . This hotel really spoiled all the mood in pattaya !
i visit to hotel on offical trip hotel is very good location very near to sea hotel rooms are big most of the rooms are pool facing good quality of food good staff behavior location are very good to market and other destination hotel rate are very less compare with room quality
We went to this hotel without a booking as our booked accommodation fell through. They told us they only had a (more expensive) pool access room left. I think they knew we just needed to book somewhere. We asked if we could see the room first as my husband uses a wheelchair so we wanted to make sure we could access it ok. The room was fine for us to use so my husband stayed in the room while I went to pay. In that time, the receptionist told me the cost for three nights had gone up by 1,000 THB! I asked why, and she just told me that the first night would be cheaper as we arrived late, but the other two were in fact 500 THB more per night than advertised on the website. We got to the hotel just after 5pm. Considering most hotels' check in time is 3pm, I'd say they clearly preyed on the fact we needed somewhere to stay and took advantage of that. As for the hotel itself, the room was nice (apart from the two mosquitos which were there to greet us), the bellboy staff at concierge were lovely, it has a great view over the sea and breakfast was decent, but it's incredibly busy all the time with busloads of tourists arriving and leaving all day long. Wifi is useless. Overall, not the serene "spa" hotel I'd hoped for, and the overcharging on check in means I definitely wouldn't stay there again.
Hotel is good, beach is only for namesake, its rocks nearby. being vegetarian lunch dinner not so exciting at hotel. Still no negative feelings. I purposely selected for Beach front only but never the less Pattaya dont have beach.
We spent in this hotel 7 nights in room: Sea View Deluxe with balcony. Hotel was quite average. When we checked in we were surprised with compulsory deposit. Room was clean but the bathroom was littlebit oldfashioned. We had problem with sockets because there wasn't French socket but another. A plug fell of from there. Sometimes it was problem to connect to wifi in room. Pool area and beach was nice. Breakfast offered plenty of tasty food and beverages.
We had a pool access room which was nice but a bit tired. The design of the hotel and pool is lovely. It was really beautiful swimming in the infinity pool looking out to sea. I didn't like Pattaya Beach ( sleazy) so the location, being a little out of the way was fine. Sadly the food wasn't great and I found the staff quite rude, apart from the housekeepers. The smell of cigarette smoke was quite strong in the bathroom in the morning. Must have been coming through the air con. Wifi was woeful. But the worst thing was that on checkout they sent a housekeeper down to check the room and kept us waiting for 15 mins, then wanted to charge us for 2 drinking glasses they claimed were missing! Not 5 star I'm afraid. The day spa was lovely and the masseuse was good and well priced. There was one ratty canoe and a pristine volleyball court, a well-equipped kids play area and pool tables.
This is the best hotel we've stayed at yet in our many visits. It has it all as far as accommodations and views. Nothing beats it. I have to mention the Chinese though. Everyone else and i mean everyone were Chinese and, generally speaking, they were loud and obnoxious. They don't seem to have any sense of someone's personal space. If we're sitting in the open lounge together at a table and one of us got up, a Chinese tourist would sit right down, taking our spot. Also, they often yell loudly at each other across the room which made us all look up and wonder what was their problem. Everywhere we went, every attraction, it's 99% Chinese nowadays, which makes it a little annoying for the reasons mentioned.
What a lovely big hotel, set out of the way from the normal pattaya locations, not to worry they have a shuttle bus or a taxi into town for a couple of hundred baht, the room was great with a lovely view although there was noisy construction at a nearby hotel. The staff were really nice and helpful, with good facilities and not to expensive for drinks and coffees etc, Breakfast was ok lots of choice but mainly Thai and Chinese foods, The only down side, this hotel is in some way linked to a tour company in china, so in seconds it goes from a quite peaceful hotel to one of manic large groups of Chinese people everywhere, really spoiled the atmosphere, as they kinda took over the place, as many as 5-6 coach loads
This is a lovely property with wonderful view. Unfortunately with Korean and Chinese guests it gets quite noisy. Check your TV connection as mine did not work even when they came to fix it. Check WiFi as you might have to pay 300 Baht for a day use. Breakfast spread is Ok but you might not get a good seating if they have groups. Hotel does have scheduled shuttle bus service to Pattaya Beach which is about 20 minutes ride.
