Il est idéal pour passer d’agréables moments en famille ou entre amis aussi bien dans la vallée de Chamonix que sur St Gervais, Megève (20mn) ou encore Genève et Annecy (1h). Le Plateau d’Assy est réputé auprès des parapentistes pour sa zone de décollage ainsi que des cyclistes et randonneurs pour les chemins offrant dénivelé et accès direct à Chamonix.
La première chambre dispose d’un lit queen size, de sa salle d’eau privative avec lave linge et comporte de nombreux rangements à l’image de la deuxième disposant de 3 lits simples dont 2 superposés. Les toilettes sont séparés de la 2ème salle de bain. La dernière chambre dispose d’un accès au balcon orienté plein sud, communiquant avec le salon, et offrant tous deux une vue imprenable sur la vallée de l’Arve. Vous disposerez pour stationner d’un garage couvert privatif pour une voiture et la possibilité pour une seconde voiture de se garer devant. Il est fortement conseillé d’être véhiculé afin de vous déplacer bien qu’un système de transports publics soit disponible à Chedde (train et bus).

Voisin du plateau d’Assy, Maffrey est un village très agréable où se trouve historiquement de vieilles fermes récemment rénovées, avec beaucoup d’espaces verts et situé dans les coteaux.
Coups de Coeur aux alentours du logement pour les randonnées exceptionnelles dans la région entre Passy, Servoz, Les Houches et Chamonix. Routes cyclistes prisées en direction de la Suisse ou de Chamonix. Découverte de la région facile du fait de la situation centrale, au carrefour du pays du Mont-Blanc. La proximité de Genève est extrêmement appréciée (45min en voiture avec transport privé disponible depuis l`aéroport de Genève à des prix très raisonnables) pour les voyageurs réguliers.

We enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed at the lack of maintenance of the property.Secondary glazing in the bedroom was falling off.The hob was dangerous…no ignition and no matches providedThe fridge needed a bar to hold bottles in the doorNo plug for the bathroom wash basinAll these are basic simple matters of maintenance!

Great views, very comfortable and spacious. Parking is a bit hit and miss as spot for apartment not always available. Kitchen could do with more basic supplies such as salt.
