This was a very clean and comfortable property on the Inn River. No views. Breakfast was a downer to an American., but I got by on som oatmeal. The room was so huge!We walked into old tow, but ended up taking a taxi back. ,

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious. The roll down shades helped keep the rooms dark for sleeping. The bathroom was large, with a wonderful bathtub and separate shower. We had lots of space for our luggage. The small kitchen was great for keeping leftovers or making snacks. The breakfast was good, with enough choices to get your day started. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Parking is easy in the garage next door. Maybe a bit far to walk to the old part of town for some folks. Grocery store and some restaurants are quite close. We would stay here again for sure!

Great, clean, spacious apartment. Very comfortable bed for adults and good sofa bed for kids. Friendly staff. Garage has in/out privileges. Did not try the breakfast offered at the cafe next door. Grocery store is 10 minutes by foot, but mini kitchen is equipped for snacks not meals. Altstadt is walkable, maybe 30 minutes. Previously stayed in hotels in Altstadt, and prefer rivers Passau for comfort over the tiny rooms in hotels for convenience.

Excellent choice for business or leisure travel.

Huge area and feeling of spaciousness, even the smaller apartment was much bigger than most Hotel suites. My late check in/early check out was simple. A beautiful and great value place to stay in Passau.
