As Biloxi locals, I booked this home on Vrbo for my daughter’s graduation from Florida State University with 12 adults and 2 kids, so first impressions really mattered. Unfortunately, it was disappointing from the start.There was a large dirty stain in the carport where everyone had to walk by, and the outside deck smelled like cigarette smoke when we entered from the pool area. Inside, the comforters, sheets, and towels were all heavily worn and visibly stained. This was embarrassing given the cost and the occasion.The internet was unreliable and the WiFi was unsecured. Several mattresses had deep body impressions and the home had a stale smell overall. The host did offer to replace items, but with a full house it was too disruptive.The pool was nice and the space worked for our group, and I appreciated being allowed to bring a dog.I left the home cleaner than I found it by washing towels, vacuuming, taking out trash, and cleaning up inside and out.Overall, the condition and cleanliness did not match the price, and I would not stay here again.
