Very poor check in experience, no indications to get the keys, which we had to collect from a different place (nothing to do with the name of the place on our booking), before going to another place again to find the appartement, by ourselves. 40min altogether walking around the city with kids

I had reserved an apartment last week from Monday to Saturday. When I arrived on Monday it was very late but there was a rotten smell in the bathroom drain that was the strongest thing I have ever felt in my life. Also the Pictures were not at all like the actual apartment. The pictures were very nice of the nicest units they had, and the actual apartment was a dump, run down, old, and extremely meager. There was also no wifi and upon complaining they told me to read the fine print next time!!! They came to try to fix the smell, but they couldn't do anything, nor would they change my apartment. I wanted to leave from the second day but they told me they weren't going to give me my money back if I left early. In the end it was so horrible that I left a day early since I couldn't stand that smell anymore. It was the most horrible stay I have ever had to endure in my life and they didn't offer anything about it. It seems horrible to me that until now they have not offered me a refund. Aren't they going to do anything about it?

Terrible setup. Left out in the snow for 3+ hours

Terrible setup. Arrived late at night to find the apartment was not in the given address. The phone number given was all in Spanish and was an answering machine only. It gave an Andorran number that rang out. After 3 hours of walking around in the snow we finally found some helpful people who encountered the same problem the night before. They gave us a contact number of someone. 4 phone calls later we found there was someone that had our apartment keys and we had to pay him an extra €35 to get the keys and we were given an address and told to find it ourselves. All in all terrible experience and will most definitely not be staying with them again.

Nous sommes dans le logement au Pas de la Case que nous avons trouvé via votre site. Le logement ne correspond absolument pas aux photos présentées. Le logement ne requiert pas les infos fournis. Les radiateurs électriques sont posés à même le sol. Le réseau électrique est à faire peur. Des odeurs nauséabondes sont présentes. L’agence nous balade après nous avoir dit qu’ils nous changeraient de logement.Nous sommes insatisfaits déçus. A fuir…

Appartement très bien situé dans une copropriété très proche du centre ville, malheureusement il y a trois pub de nuit juste à côté donc énormément de bruit avec les jeunes dans la rue.
