Nice spacicous rooms. One problem was the heat. No aircon. The outside temperature was particularly hot, 39°C. The room fan helped but other areas were extremely warm. Still like this hotel and will stay again in the future.

poor service attension

Very poor attension to opening the breakfast times. I was to open at 7am, but didnt open until 7.45 on a Monday before our teams work. Poor selection of breakfast, no taking care of damp towels in room or the room when returning. Would assume there was cleaning to take place the days I stayed. Over payed for the price it was

Good standards all round.

We had a pleasant stay but the current necessary Covid19 precautions made it difficult to relax completely. All our requests were responded to efficiently and the staff worked hard to make the best of the Covid19 situation.

Accueil du matin bien meilleur que celui du soir. Petit dĂ©jeuner correct et variĂ©. Serviettes et draps propres. Par contre, pour le reste, rien ne va. HĂŽtel clairement vĂ©tuste. Installations vieillissantes et complĂštement dĂ©passĂ©es. On sent que l’entretien gĂ©nĂ©ral du bĂątiment et les rĂ©parations ne sont assurĂ©es qu’à leur plus strict minimum. La SdB Ă©tait dans un Ă©tat comme j’ai rarement vu dans un hĂŽtel, surtout pour un 3 Ă©toiles. J’en donnerai 1. La chambre pas beaucoup mieux. La literie est trĂšs fatiguĂ©e et de mauvaise qualitĂ©. J’ai vraiment du mal Ă  comprendre que des clients aient pu noter 10/10 l’établissement. En bref, je n’y retournerai pas.

Ne recommande pas cet Ă©tablissement !!!

Je ne recommande Ă  personne. Nous prenons cet hĂŽtel car il est Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'Ehpad et c'est plus pratique afin de profiter au maximum de la personne qui est dans cet Ă©tablissement spĂ©cialisĂ© lors de nos visites. PropriĂ©tĂ© Ă  revoir en totalitĂ©, rideaux occultant trouĂ©s donc plus occultant du tout. Il y fait un froid insupportable...on a mĂȘme pas envie d'aller Ă  la douche tellement il fait froid dans cet hĂŽtel y compris dans la salle du petit dĂ©jeuner.. Il n'y a mĂȘme plus de bouilloire pour un petit thĂ© histoire de se rĂ©chauffer un peu. En ce qui concerne le petit dĂ©jeuner, alors lĂ  sĂ©jour couronnĂ© en beautĂ©. Service jusqu'Ă  10h normalement, donc il doit y avoir de quoi manger au minimum jusqu'Ă  10h. Et bien non ! À 9h30 il n'y avait dĂ©jĂ  plus de pain. Et Ă  10h pile et bien aucune possibilitĂ© de reprendre un cafĂ© car la machine Ă©tait Ă  l'arrĂȘt. Tout est rangĂ© Ă  10h. Hors Ă  9h55 des personnes peuvent encore arriver, et bien ce n'est pas la peine car de toute façon il n'y aura rien Ă  manger. Nous avons constatĂ© cela Ă  plusieurs reprises ça n'est pas un cas isolĂ©. Mais aujourd'hui, cerise sur gĂąteau, le monsieur de l'accueil qui dĂ©barrasse le petit dĂ©jeuner n'a mĂȘme pas attendu que les gens partent, il a demandĂ© si ils avaient terminĂ©s pour prendre les plateaux. De ce fait, ces personnes ont regagnĂ©s leur chambre. Bravo ! Il faut revoir la totalitĂ© des services de cet Ă©tablissement. Un manque de savoir vivre complet pour un Ă©tablissement d'accueil clientĂšle. Gros travaux Ă  prĂ©voir
