Very quiet wonderful resort. The beach is amazing, the facilities are wonderful. Only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

Beautiful location. Amazing beaches with a great hotel and staff

I felt like being on Fantasy Island. Very accommodating staff and service. Resort only accessible by boat ride. Feels like a special land away from all.

The hotel's location was absolutely beautiful with some if the best beaches in the Caribbean. The rooms were very nice for a hotel of this stature and the pool, tennis and gym were also very nice. That said, they did show there age even with immaculate cleaning. The spa was one of nicest I've been and on par with any spa at the four seasons or st Regis I've visited. My only complaints were 1) if you want to do any activities that aren't spa, basic water sports or snorkeling (I.e. Golf or scuba), you have to go back to Provo and unless you're willing to spend $500, you have to work with the hotels departures. Given the boat schedule is not set until 6pm the night before you either have to take a very early a boat or try to arrange plans at the last minute that day of which is not very relaxing. For this reason we are not likely to return. 2) we also found that while some staff were very good and attentive other were some of the worst that we have experienced in this level of hotel.

Food and service are perfect. Very quiet very relaxing don't expect any night life

My husband and I went to Parrot Cay with my brother and sister in law, and had an AMAZING time. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The staff was fantastic - incredibly friendly and helpful and always at your service. The food was excellent - I never felt the options were lacking and it was always top quality. We ate most dinners at the Lotus so we could enjoy the sunsets. The room was a perfect blend of luxury and Caribbean cool - not too fussy but very well appointed, with amazing views. The spa was lovely - we all had spa treatments (I thoroughly enjoyed the marine algae wrap) and enjoyed going back to use the spa facilities another day (hot tub and steam room). The hot tub was in a really cool natural setting surrounded by lush plants. We all felt instantly relaxed. We also took advantage of the non-motorized water sports. The staff was very knowledgable and gave good instruction to our unseasoned sailing captains (our husbands) and we were able to enjoy a few sailing trips on the catamaran. This is a perfect option for people who want to have total relaxation and to be un-disturbed by other people. There were often times that we felt like we were one of the only groups on the island. It is not the right place for people looking for an active night life (after 10 pm). We were amazed at the number of people we met that were frequent repeat visitors, but by the end of the trip we knew why...you just can't beat the experience.

Beach, staff and facilities are outstanding. The only thing that I think needs a revamp is the dining menu which is not up to par with the rest of the hotel.
