Welcome to Ojo del Fénix, a peaceful, family-owned rainforest retreat on over 150 acres of lush private jungle in San Antonio de Damas, Parrita. Nestled between the mountains and the ocean, this is a place for renewal — where the sounds of nature replace the noise of everyday life.

We offer three private casitas, each thoughtfully designed to blend comfort with the beauty of the surrounding jungle. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, family, or small group, you’ll find the perfect space to slow down and reconnect.

The Casitas

• Casita Brisa (Premium) – Our flagship casita with stunning jungle and mountain views. Features a luxurious glass-ceiling shower where you can bathe under the stars, premium natural-fiber bedding, large windows, and spacious covered porches with hammocks. Sleeps 4 comfortably.

• Casita 2 (Premium – Opening Soon) – Similar design and comfort to Casita Brisa.

• Casita 3 (Backpacker / Budget-Friendly) – Simple, cozy 2-bedroom option perfect for travelers seeking an affordable jungle experience.

All casitas include air conditioning, ceiling fans, kitchenettes, porches with hammocks, and direct access to the outdoors.

Important Notes
This is a true jungle property — nature is part of the experience. You may see birds, butterflies, monkeys, iguanas, and occasional other wildlife. Power outages can occur (as is common in rural Costa Rica), and we have battery backup for Wi-Fi. Our road is well-maintained gravel.
We are a small family-run retreat and live on-site. We love welcoming guests who appreciate authenticity, peace, and the magic of the Costa Rican rainforest.
