It offers a private queen bedroom and a double bed in common area, with private access to the bathroom. A shared pool with views of the Pacific Ocean is only steps away and along the walk to the beach, there is a shared Rancho area where you can also see the ocean.
The beach is a short 3-4 min walk.

Absolutely Wonderful

Group of 3 friends traveled there looking for an inexpensive and quiet place to make base. This was the perfect place; wonderful views, macaws and iguanas everywhere, and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

It's a gem!

Great property in a great location. Apartment offers both ocean views and natural wooded habitat to see macaws, toucans, iguanas and other birds. Pool is great for those afternoons when it's too hot for the beach. Easy access to Jaco and Parrita. MaxiPali near by major food shopping or 2 SuperSols in town for quick pick-up along with several restaurants and a great food truck. Only real complaint was getting access to the property at check-in and would have been nice to have extra trash bags, some food storage containers to be able to store fresh fruit once sliced and need additional silverware (forks/spoons/knives). Book it! Great place.

Great property and great location

We had a really nice time. It’s just a short walk to the beach down a nice landscaped pathway. The property was well kept and clean. Great price too, a real solid value if you want to stay in Esterillos Oeste. Recommended.
