Casa de los Sueños is a tropical retreat in a charming coastal town. Just a 10-minute walk along the beach takes you to local bars, restaurants, a grocery store, and a surf shop. This peaceful destination blends local charm with Western comfort, offering the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The beach is wide and breathtaking, with soft sand stretching out to meet the vibrant jungle, which begins right where the shoreline ends. Framed by the Pacific Ocean, the beach, and the lush greenery, everything here radiates life, Pura Vida, pure life.

With warm, tropical weather year-round, we start each day by slipping into our swimsuits, often wearing more than one a day, and spend our mornings and evenings swimming or surfing. The beach faces south, so during the Christmas season, we’re treated to a rare and magical sight: both the sunrise and sunset over the ocean. It’s unforgettable. We have three outdoor showers and rarely use the indoor ones, you’ll see why.

Casa de los Sueños is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. There are ample lounging areas ideal for large groups. Each bedroom has air conditioning and windows that open to let in the fresh ocean breeze. A separate guest bungalow features a king-size bed, full bath, and a compact kitchen, perfect for the parents, or a fun sleepover space for the kids.

The pool is always inviting, surrounded by lush landscaping, tropical flowers, and swaying palms. It features a unique filtration system that keeps the water crystal clear, without the use of chemical chlorine.

Next to the pool is the BBQ rancho, fully equipped for cookouts and entertaining. With bar seating and plenty of space to gather, it’s the perfect spot to grill, laugh, and keep the cook company.

Beach out front, jungle out back, this is the real deal when it comes to tropical paradise.

My family rented this property for a week. The first thing we noticed was the sound of the surf, it's so loud that we thought it was raining the first morning. It was the perfect way to wake up. We ordered a prepared meal our first night. It was prepared and hot by the time we arrived. They had a good variety of food and it was delicious. The view from the house is wonderful, being able to look out the windows and see the beach was exactly what we needed. The kids and the adults alike enjoyed the pool. Macaws, lizards, crabs, and geckos were a common sight. It's an easy and fast drive to Jaco for anything you can get in Esterillos but the Super Sol was pretty inexpensive and had a great variety of options.

Beautifull home, travelled with 7 people 5 adult 2 kids., house has a bunkie in the back which my brother and his girlfriend stayed in while my husband and I, two kids and father in law stayed in the main house.. Our first night there someone entered the property and entered the bunkie and stole my brother camera and sunglasses. The owner and Felipe were amazing and helped out how they could in our eyes they made it right. It was on a saturday where the area was busy. We have no complaints this house and location were one of our favorites possibly our favorite. Thank you so much for you hospitality

Perfect vacation

We had a great time, the house is in a perfect location to disconnect from the world, the beach is just there across from the street and we had the beach just for us, the house had everything that we needed. Felipe was great, always responded to our message right away and took care of us, he watched the house when we were out all day, thank you Felipe!!!!Couple of suggestion, buy grocery before you get to the house, the little place close to the house is very expensive. Don't leave anything outside when you are not at the house, unfortunately there is not a safe place in this world anymore. Casa de los Sueños is perfect for a nice and relaxing vacation.
