El Marizal 1 is a cozy rural house located on the foothills of the Sierra del Sueve mountain range, about 7 km from the center of Arriondas and 12 km from La Vega Beach. The house, distributed over two floors, has a capacity for 3 people. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen (cocina americana). On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. A cot is available upon request. It also features a bathroom equipped with a shower tray.
