"We had a fantastic stay at Vila Galé Braga and were genuinely impressed by how unique this hotel is. "Lovely hotel. Fabulous housekeeping staff. Pedro at the front desk was exceptional. Would have been 5star but breakfast could have been better. While a delightful friendly young woman in the dining area she missed very simple things ie: burners either missing or not lit (cold eggs, sausage, peppers,) some tables not cleared, low on food stuffs (on multiple days. I hope it’s not punitive for her and more a learning opportunity as she was very personable."
