The hotel is old and rooms need an update badly. The front desk staff was very helpful and spoke and understood English fairly well. Marionn was very helpful when she was there.

A beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and an excellent location but this was my second time staying here and my husband could not get over the smell of mildew in the hallways. I think its from the water constantly being trekked onto the carpet as guests return to their rooms from the pool and hammam down below, but either way it ruins the peaceful feel of the hotel.
