Estadia Prática

O hotel é na BR, de acesso fácil e há uns 15 mins do centro (do Porto das Barcas). Estacionamento amplo e em frente. O café da manhã tem várias opções e o atendimento é bem cortês. Tem Tb uma área de lazer (piscina e sala de jogos), se não for usuário ou estiver com crianças, sugiro evitar os quartos bem próximos.

O Hotel está precisando de manutenção,o local é agradável, porém as instalações estão depedradas,é visível a falta de cuidados. O café da manhã já foi melhor. Outra observação é sobre a condição de pagamento o hotel não possibilita parcelar a hospedagem.

Teria sido perfeita se a piscina estivesse limpa... sentimos falta disso, afinal após uma praia a piscina cai bem. E escolhemos o hotel justamente por contar com a piscina... mas logo no primeiro dia já nos deparamos com ela muito suja. Eu ainda me arrisquei a entrar, mas meu esposo não teve coragem. Entendo que logo em frente está tendo obra e tudo mais... mas não parece ter sido limpa a bastante tempo ;( Nos demais itens como secador que consta como disponivel no quarto, solicitei na recepção e lá tem, eles disponibilizam. O café estava bom, opções ok, nada demais, mas atende a necessidade. Quarto limpo, banheiro também, as toalhas foram trocadas após a primeira diária. Ponto negativo: os travesseiros, que não são nada confortáveis. Ah, nosso quarto era um dos que não possuia mesa na varanda (ainda pensamos em pedir uma, pra poder jogar a noite e tudo mais, mas preferimos descer mesmo) esse seria um ponto a ser visto. E no quarto só tinha uma cadeira. Em um dos dias jantamos no quarto, um na cadeira e bancada do quarto e o outro na cama kkk Enfim, não foram coisas que atrapalharam nossos dias de descanso, mas que eu como dono/gerente de um local como esse me preocuparia em oferecer algo melhor... para que as pessoas quisessem voltar, recomendassem a outros, etc.

Liguei por volta das 18 horas do dia 12/06/25 para saber se o hotel tinha restaurante, e fui informado que o restaurante do hotel era 24 horas. Cheguei no hotel por volta das 23 horas do mesmo dia fui informado pelo recepcionista que nem restaurante o hotel tem. Um descaso total com o hospede. Sobre o quarto, paredes sujas e banheiro deixou a desejar na limpeza e toalhas. Cafe da manha bem fraco, enfim, primeira e última vez nesse hotel

Precisa de mais atenção às instalações.

Já fiquei hospedado neste hotel outras vezes e o que pude notar é que não há uma boa manutenção das suas instalações. Os banheiros precisam de reformas. A área de lazer está sucateada. No quarto, não ter TV Smart, num hotel de quase R$500,00 a diária é imperdoável, além da limpeza dos lençóis deixar a desejar. O café da manhã foi muito bom, nada a reclamar. A localização dele é ótima, perto da cidade e perto da praia.

Atende bem para uma viagem curta. No nosso quarto o ar não tava funcionando bem, a limpeza deixou a desejar e o assento do vaso tava manchado. O diferencial é o staff que é solícito e educado.
